Jessica	Are you serious? If your bone is through the skin you would be in so much pain that it would be impossible for you to even be conscience. It sonds very bad so you definetly need to. especially since the bone is displaced. it's probably really serious. and since the bone is sticking out it can get infected quickly and its probably broken since its displaced.
