Apply pressure to it, and wash it gently with ONLY COLD WATER! wrap you palm in towels and if it continues to throb, go to the doctor.

whatever you do... DON'T USE LYSOL!!! use plain soap and water. Get a wet rag and put the soap on that. don't scrub really hard, or you will irritate it more and therefore, it will bleed more. just rinse and apply presssure if you have to. when you can get to a drugstore, get some X-tra large bandaids or medical tape and gauze to keep the wound from getting more dirt in it and prevent infection

Lysol would be a bad idea. All you need is soap and water. Get a clean cloth and hold it to the palm, applying pressure. It'll help it stop bleeding.

wash it ONLY with LUKEWARM water...(not hot nor cold....in the middle, but closer to the sold side.) apply pressure while doing so. after applying pressure and cleaning with water, get a paper towel and 1 ice cube and hold it on there for a few mins. (to stop the sweeling and maybe some of the redness if any) after that it should be ok unless you want to wrap it up in any way. putting a bandage on it stops if from healing as fast so i'd leave it off if i were you.
