If he is vomiiting any kind of milk will just make it worse give him|her 7up or Sprite to help settle his stomach.or even warm Cinnamon tea. Just boil some water and but some Cinnamon sticks in there let them brew for about 3min. let it warm you can add a little or no sugar put it in a cup and help the child to sip a little at a time. Cinnamon tea is good for stomach problems and stomach cramps at any age. To help keep him hydrated give the child water.

It would be better to give him/her something to Hydrate him like water or Pedialite (sp?). Here is a link, if you scroll down a little you will find good info...

If its due to a virus, dont give him any dairy products. Follow the BRAT diet (BANANAS, RICE, APPLESAUCE, TOAST) once the vomiting has stopped. Keep him on that for a day or so to get the system going again.

If he is vomiting a lot, you should call your pediatrician and talk to them. Give the child water to prevent dehydration.
