aloe vera gel
some brands are medicated, but most do not heal. however all are cooling, and sooting. it comes in a big bottle and is a cool green color.
calomine lotion
butter
honey
after-sun lotoin or spray
used teabags
or sometimes the best theing is a wet cold towel.
whatever you plan to put on your sunburn, refrigerate it first, it will help soothe even more than it would at room temperature.
IM GLAD I COULD HELP!!!
(just whatever you do, dont listen to the guy that said dogpoop!)
if you cannot get your hands on the things that i have reccomended, just use a regular moisterizer.

Aloe works best at the start, keep it chilled to cool the burn, after that use your regular skin lotion, keep your skin moist and happy and you probobly won't shed like a snake

The U.S. National Library of Medicine offers these suggestions on how to soothe sunburned skin:
Take a cool shower or bath, or apply cool compresses on burned areas. Putting baking soda in the bathwater also can help soothe sunburn.
Keep your skin moist with lotion.
Apply aloe vera gel, as it can help cool the skin and relieve pain.
Adults can take an over-the-counter pain Reliever, like Aspirin or Ibuprofen. Aspirin should never be given to children.
