To lose weight the healthy way, just exercise for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week. And also you should eat lean meats, and things with reduced or no fat. Don't eat until your full. Eat a normal portion. To do it a bad way, you can take weight loss pills, but I don't recommend that because its bad for you. You can also get the Jenny Craig stuff (they even have it for men now), it works, but that costs a lot of money.

I was watching VH1, and they say that celebrities always are trying ways to do this. Beyonce Knowles and Ben Afleck use a treatment that makes them lose weight drastically. All they eat for two weeks is a drink made of water, cayenne pepper powder, and syrup. I hope this information will help you!

i think the best way is 2 cut out lunch meats, sugar, and and soda(or sugary drinks). you can also go organic, its way more healthy and natural than surgery or pills.

If you are talking quick and drastic keep in mind that no matter what it will be unhealthy.....with that being said here are some options. First there's always surgery, gastric bypass...tummy tuck..etc...this would be the QUICKEST and most effective, but also the most costly. If you are looking for lower priced routes you can buy metabolife (weight loss pills that are highly effective)..beware of the one containing caffeine though..it makes you really jittery and moody, if you don't need the extra energy opt for the caffeine free one. On top of the metabolife stick to grapefruit for breakfast and lunch (it fills you up and helps to shrink your stomach) try the low cal dannon yogurt smoothie (70 calories) with both so you are still getting Calcium and it s also filling....and for dinner go for a salad and a chicken breast (you will need the protein) with a few sprays of low calorie dressing. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.....you need to stay hydrated!!!! This will also help to fill you up and keep you healthy. You may try a steam room or sauna every other day....just don't stay in too long because you wont have a lot of calories in your system and it may make you lightheaded from the loss of water. This will make you lose weight quickly, but be careful about losing more than 7 pounds a week...it can land you in the hospital!!!!!! Good Luck!

drink lots of water, its a natural appetite suppressant.
cardio vascular is very important to burn away the fat, mabye think about running 30minuets everyday, if you cant do that straight away start of short and build time every week by 20 seecounds, that will really help to work of the carbs. also watch what you eat, which your already doing but just make sure no fatty foods are being consumed. all of this will help, but it is easier with another person, manye think about joining a group. remember dieting and excersise wont get you there on your own, you have to do both. good luck

All anybody has to do is walk at least (note: I said "at least") 15 miles a week, above and beyond what you would otherwise walk anyway.
That is, you don't count the estimated walking you did when you were shopping at the mall. You only count the extra walking that you do when you are hiking, or going around a track.
And that really is it. No pills necessary. No particular dietary change is required for MOST people, though if you are a heavy eater you should cut down to 2500 kcal/day or less for guys or 2000 kcal/day for girls.
The only catch is, you can't quit walking. If you do, you'll quickly resume your bad old lazy habits and gain the weight back. But as long as you walk, eat moderately, and are over your ideal weight, you will lose the extra pounds. And your legs will get stronger, too.

When I was high school, I lost 30 lbs on this diet and recently I lost 20 lbs in one month. I ate oatmeal or grits for breakfast, fruit for snack, banquet tv dinner for lunch, fruit/veggie for snack, tv dinner for dinner at 6pm and if you get hungry after 6 pm, eat fruit. DRINK ONLY WATER! In high school, I didnt excerise but recently I did the biggest loser video and that helped... Hoped this helps....**ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU START ANY DIET AND TO SEE IF THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU**
Also, the 6 week body makeover is a GREAT diet. You lose fast on that diet. Its about $140.00 but you get alot of stuff with it. Binder with notes, blueprint of your body now and what your body can look like, you take a test to see what sort of diet/foods your body should take in, what excerises to do for your body, etc. Good Luck!
