Girl B. looks like she eats healthier than Girl A. You don't need to workout everyday to keep in shape. Girl A over-does exercises in my opinion. Plus chocolate or cake is okay once in a while. Chocolate is good for the head actually. And salmon is good for the body. I'd say Girl B.

Definitely Girl B She is eating a well balanced nutritious
diet with a good exercise program Girl B is not eating
enough and although she is exercising she needs more
variety in her exercise. Also I am willing to bet that she
secretly 'binges' on junk food because she does not eat enough during the day. Girl B allows herself the occasional
treat and therefore is unlikely to binge You go Girl B!

I'd Say B. If she treats herself to Choc & Cake as you do need a bit of fat in your diet, to give you fat & insulation to keep warm.
And a little bit of fat is good for you.
They would also need water to make it a good diet as we need 8 glasses of water a day (or so they say)

I mean... too much healthy is unhealthy too. you both obviously take care of your bodies, and getting in a "who is healthier" contest makes you both less healthy (even if just mentally). work out together, share cool meal ideas, and just set your own personal goals.
but girl b, if i had to answer. so much depends on more than what you eat and do. body type, genetics, sleep patterns, all very important. what time of day do you eat these meals? etc.
