Just cut back on what you normally eat if it's a craving. So for example if you crave cookies and in the past you'd have 2 to satisfy the craving, cut down to one. If you crave chips, get a small bowl and separate a certain amount instead of just taking handful after handful. |

Any vegetable you want, excepting potatoes and corn. And consider fruits too--most of us don't get enough, and their nutritional value is often overlooked. |

Celery - burns more calories than it makes... if that makes sense - you burn calories when you eat it is what i'm trying to say.. oh and drink water - makes you feel full apparently! |

I like to snack on peanuts. There's a lot of fat in peanuts though so you can't really eat it all day. Fruit also makes for a good snack but you have to bring a nice amount with you to feel full. Try a combination of things. Good luck! |

fruits. but not banana. watermelon, apple, pear, honeydew.. get those juicy ones. carrot is a good idea also. if you're on diet, try Green Tea. it helps so much. lower your intake of salt. rice isn't a good idea. it's fattening. don't take noodles, rice, or anything made out of flour. you can try oat, cereal. the most important thing is, exercise ;) you don't have to do anything hard. walking is good enough. do it everyday. don't be lazy. move around. it helps without being an inconvenience to you. |

Fruit is the best choice. Crackers will only add fat, and vegetables aren't as yummy. Go for a fresh ripe juicy peach, pear, or plum! |

Ok, first of all...nuts and sunflower seeds are fattening, don't eat those. Popcorn is very good for you, go lite on the butter or even fat free but it doesn't taste very good. If you're going to do veges....the ones will the less fat are fresh muchrooms, Celery, and lettuce. The sugar-free jello and pudding are nice. Just eat one though. Tortilla chips and salsa...watch your serving size on the chips though. Or even the baked chips in single serving bags are good. Weight watchers has cupcakes and even candy bars. Slim fast has bars also. But don't do the shakes unless you're replacing a meal. Instead of eating something, drink a glass of water. If it doesn't fill you up, then eat something. Gum works well for me. |

You can snack on fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, raisins... But I guess you mean the "junk food" variety of snack. In that case I would stick to items that have grains or whole wheat or nuts in them - like Wheat Thins or maybe a granola bar. |

I eat popcorn with less butter, when I crave on something crunchy. Another one is rice cakes or fresh fruits are better. Cut-up carrots or cucumbers dip 'em in low fat ranch..hmmmm. |

How about rice cakes? They come in so many flavors, low in calories and carbs, and are good for you, too. Also, a can of tuna is great for you, very low fat, low cal, and while it's not a "snack" food, if your craving protien, or just worked out, it's great to fill that craving feeling. Raisins are great as well. |

Unbuttered popcorn, Celery, carrots, medium sized apple are a few ideas. |

Celery. It has nearly no calories and the act of chewing it burns what little it provides. I have to suggest something here though. If you were to make a regular size breakfast, then put half away and eating the first half upon waking, the second half 3 hours later, then lunch do the same thing and when you make dinner, make it big enough to fit a salad plate, you will loose weight because you will be resetting your metabolism. |

Cut up some fresh veggies and keep them in a zip lock baggie in the fridge. Include Celery, carrots, bell pepper strips, broccoli, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, jicama. You can even use some fat free dip if you don't overdo it. Fruit can be good if you don't eat too much of it. Berries (especially blueberries) are very good for you. Grapes, apples, oranges, pears, peaches, etc. are good, but you have to watch the sugar content, especially if you are diabetic. Rice cakes are low in calories. A smoothie made from yoghurt, orange juice, berries and a little honey can give you an energy boost. Put them all into a blender with some crushed ice and blend just until it's frothy. You can add some oats to make it more nutritious. |
