make a smoothie icey cold first thing when u get up with bannana,s strawberrys, blueberrys ,malt, passion fruit and vanilla icecream, yum yum it tastes so good and after that have some lite cereal with some toast ,a nice cuppa and there you have a great start to your day ! yummmmmy

You know what I tried and loved it. I bought a blender, and in the morning I make all kinds of shakes and smoothies. With whatever you like any fruits banana, yogurts. O.J. and you can put wheat germ.........or chocolate. coffee and milk including flavored creamers.
My fav new cereal is special K Cinnamon pecan.....soooo good and healthy.

Ahh so many options...sure muesli, low fat yoghurt and fresh fruit is a great one-full of vitamins and minerals and low GI so it will keep you feeling full for hours. Best yoghurts are low fat with no added sugar like yoplait no fat or nestle diet.
But you need to mix things up...an egg, baked beans and grilled tomato on a piece of wholegrain toast is yummy too (full of fibre, protein and vitamins). If you feel like something light and summery try a homemade fruit smoothie-I love banana, strawberries, low fat milk...if its all you're having why not throw in an egg white for extra protein and a scoop of low fat ice cream or vanilla yoghurt and some ice cubes of course!
There really are so many options once you start looking. Good luck!

an egg white omlette. 2 egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, Asparagus, green onions, green peppers, etc. One slice of light whole wheat toast - Dry. Black coffee (to rev your metabolism).

I like to eat an ommlette(you can add stuff in it, anything works) a bagel(the everything ones are really good) or a piece of toast(u can put jam or peanut butter too, apparently peanut butter fat is good for u) and ppl say orange juice but i prefer a big glass of milk!!!!! :) thats jus wat i like.

basically most cereals are: weetbix, cornflakes, muesli, stuff like that because the grains and cereals and fruits are very nutritious and also so is the milk.

Breakfast shud always be heavy and u shud have ur breakfast within one - n - half of ur waking -up time.
do not intake too much oil and spicy foods in ur breakfast.Its not good for ur stomach so early in morning.a healthy breakfast may consists of a glass full of milk,1 half-boiled egg,2 slices of bread with little jam or butter whichever u like.
If u dont like bread like me,u can have cornflakes or 2 chapaties.
sattoo is also very good choice for breakfast.
have coconut water if u can in mid morning.

Oatmeal is your best choice, however I find it doesn't have much flavor. So what I like to do is first heat low fat milk for 3 minutes, add in the oatmeal, add a tablespoon of honey, and some apple slices (wait till the oatmeal looks fully cooked).
I eat about a cup and a half of oatmeal at 7am and don't feel hungry until about 12 or 1 pm. :)

healthy breakfast is to take one glass of milk when u get up and two eggs with chapati how much you can eat and butter also if u will eat hilthy breakfast u will become hilthy

-cereal(watch sugar)...get whole grain cereals
-granola and yogurt
-english muffin and peanut butter
-toast and jelly
-an apple could go along with anything
-scrambled egg whites and low fat or non fat shredded cheeder cheese
-whole grain mini bagel and fat free cream cheese
for drinks: milk, chocolate milk, 100% juice(preferably orange)

Oatmeal is my favorite. The typical serving on the box is 150 calories, and it makes a LOT! I like to get the plain, nonflavored kind, add Cinnamon, and add my own fruit: chopped banana, strawberries, apples, peaches, etc. It's a very filling breakfast and very versatile - you can fix it any way you want and really get creative.
