Well since I cant eat sugar.. I like just jello without sugar. Sometimes I cut up a banana in it..That's terrible that PB upsets your stomach. I like a peanut butter cracker with my jello but dont eat but a couple. I buy peanut butter with less sugar.. usually Jif.

rena, try quaker muligrane cakes, og trans fat 1g fiber comes in all flavores there like rice cakes there good light no wait gain and won't up-set your stomach in less you perfer yogert. try something light and that taste good .

Activia no fat yogurt. Actually helps digestion and comes in
a lot of great flavors...think it's only 90 calories a pack..no
sugar either. A cup of your favorite soup is good too..
especially if it has milk in it...also good for sleeping well.

string cheese (2 %), the 100 calorie packs (oreos, cookies,etc), graham crackers, oatmeal is good. also a bowl of fresh fruit salad is refreshing, low in cals and not too overpoweing or too heavy. toast with sugar free jam, the fat free sugar free jello cups, the sugar free fat free pudding cups. also try some organic peanut butter since it is better!

I like eating sunflower seeds. Most of the time I eat the ones that are in the shell because they take longer to eat so you don't end up eating as many.
