The only drink that would be 100% healthy for everyone is purified water.

Fruit juices that are 100% natural are healthy, but some diabetics can't drink them because it causes blood sugar problems. Even skim milk causes problems for those that are lactose intolerant. Water that hasn't been purified can be toxic to humans if it has bacteria in it.

water....just think about it, your body is made up of 80% h2o. you need constant supply to flush kidneys. people who don't drink enough get headaches, feel lethargic.etc etc etc. water is natural, preservative and sugar free and it's convenient. right out of your own faucet.

Water, of course. Green Tea is also pretty good for you. Milk is good for anyone that's not lactose-intolerant and can help with weightloss and healthy lifestyles.

Try to avoid non-natural juices, they are LOADED with artificial ingredients that make it worse than soda most times. And although Diet soda is considered a healthy alternative, it's actually not "healthy" just "less harmful."

Okay so get this...your urine will turn a darker yellow more rich color when your body is done processing all of the nutrients of the liquid . The more clearer the urine is the better the liquid was for your body. And if your traped in a boat in the middle of the ocean tha stuff will be safer for you to consume...Gross I know!
