My daughter lost 60 pounds on the grapefruit diet. You can't have ANY carbs though. Personally, I gotta have the carbs.....
I usually try to watch what I eat and drink (soft drinks are a killer for the diet, tons of sugar). Walking everyday will help boost the metabolism too. :)

if you're looking for something long-term, you're gonna have to implement lifestyle changes. in other words, stay away from the standard american diet (s.a.d). this means no chemically processed foods, soda, chemical sweeteners, monosodium glutamate, trans fat, ect...

but if you're looking for something short-term, you can try Tetrazene ES-50 or its isolated active ingredient, which is Glucomannan. it's a natural Fiber that's guaranteed to work. it's derived from the konjac plant...

Eat less and get plenty of exercise. Don't think about food.

Eat foods with less carbohydrates. Eat fat free foods...milk....butter....ice cream....

Take one day at a time. Just for today.

why would you want to? if its because of those trend setting celebrities famous only for being famous then i say @*!£$ to you dude! but if you have a low lipase count and you can't digest fat then i suggest weight watchers. (p.s. if your role modal is a twig then you have some work to do)

I've found that excising for at least 30 minutes every day, not eating 2 hours before I go to sleep, and to stop eating when I'm full to be the cheapest and most efficient way to lose weight and keep it off. Good luck!

Naturally of course, with proper diet and exercise. However, due to hectic, busy schedules, many people find it difficult to follow a weight-loss routine. That's where STACK comes in. No secrets here - eat healthy and excersice. You dont need any pills, surgery or dietary supplements to loose weight. The main issue is will power. most of the people trying to loose weight first have to excersice will power to not eat junk food. But this is the toughest task since the reason they got fat was becasue they dont have enough will power to control their diet. After learning to control will power, eat whats healthy and excersice daily to burn a few calories. It may sound simple, but its really hard.

BS. Natural juices have sugar also. And there's no proven link between juice and diabetes.

More crap and BS. The science behind Gatorade has been going on for 30 years and there's NO evidence of any "need" to dilute it. It works just fine as-is. Again, your body does NOT need extra water to "pick out" nutrients.

Don't take diet advice from uneducated 19 year olds. It's full of myth and folklore, sadly lacking in truth and science.

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Die. Failing that there's always AIDs, Cancer, a good strong heroin addiction, anorexia, bulemia, having a body part amputated. Or for the less hardcore... liposuction, exercise and a good healthy diet.
