Run if your skinny. I will make you gain muscle so all of the chickwill dig you. But if you don't want that and the ladies to not to like you, you could eat mayonaise 24/7. Yuck! I don't sugest actually doing that.

it depends...see you dont just wanna gain pounds that can harm you..like hounding down mcdonalds or fast foods...
go with some healthy stuff...mega carbs..pasta out the ***...try a little fattier meats like sausage or red meats... up the amount of meals you have..like from 3 solid meals to 4 and a few snacks....
and keep working out..itll look better if you put the mass on with muscle than fat!
try not to do that much cardio but instead lift weights..put the bulk where you want it..not around your gut!

ok, let me tell you, I am exactly the same as you ,skinny and with a very fast metabolism..there is one tried and trusted way to gain weight ( work out) I train hard 4 times a week (kung fu) and I put on 30 pounds in a year and a half, because muscle weighs more than fat...don't be stupid enough to think that eating more or greasier food will help you gain weight,you will just get a big belly and high colesterol and fat in all the places you don't want it....get out , eat healthy, get fit and you will see the difference...at the end of the day, there are plenty of obese people who would kill to be your size, so enjoy it while you can, when you hit age 30 -40 your metabolism will naturally slow down and you will gain weight anyway, so make the most of being skinny now......

What more that you want to gain much, beside of correct eating your three meals regularity, do more work out, but don't work too hard, adding up your work out time day by day till you discover this is just enough, and note to that, working out your body, physically, inner self will produce the Calcium naturally, to give you more immunity and stronger, and one thing you have to writ the your report for yourself that how much you want to gain, where you want to do less and let it in fit shape. In between your 3 meals, you can take some extra protein milk before or after your meal. So i think that's the extra to give you the hint to gain much more t your criteria! Good Luck!

Eat your normal dinner and a big bowl of ice cream before you go to bed. Do an exercise program with weights because, you don't want to gain the weight in the wrong places.

I don't know about the best way, but the most fun way is the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and pitchers of beer!
Seriously, try a program of weight-lifting. Putting on muscle instead of fat is most healthy.

If you are trying to gain MUSCLE mass then do the following:
You must intake (eat) simple protiens like tunafish, tofu, and swordfish (expensive). As well as a well rounded diet of veggies, grains, and fruit, these protiens if eatten in mass (double your servings), should provide enough fuel for your hamster metabalism to burn and pack on the pounds.

Don't worry. You'll gain weight. Your metabolism is slowling down as you eat more and more. You just don't know it yet. Give it a year, you will start watching the weight from all your eating starting to add up.
But if you want to build muscles, go to GNC and pack on the Protein powder. Just don't do it excessively. You don't want you neck to be bigger than your head.

Why would you want to gain weight? I understand if your underweight,if you are then just eat more. Not eat 20 pounds of icecream a day but just try to eat 6-7 times a day. Dont get used it though, it can be very dangerous. Dont be as active as you already are. Cut it down to atmost an hour of activity a day...

aim to gain slowly - half a pound to a pound a week is great
avoid getting fat - good rule of thumb - for every 6 lb weight gain your stomach measurement should increase no more than 1/2 inch - if it does = fat
weight train 3 times a week - keep the session short - say an hour and go as hard as you can on basic exercises - squat, bench, chins, rows and curls etc
do light aerobics twice a week to keep up a general fitness - but no more than 20 mins though
eat big at least 6 times a day - with protein source and fruit or veges in each meal - and on top of that have at least 3 protein shakes, one before you go to bed at night
have another protein shake in the fridge and if you wake up during the night down it too
