you can jog on the beach every moring for about three miles or whatever you can take but at least a mile every morning if you can and also keep healthy

that is like asking what is an easy way to stay alive without breathing......kinda silly huh?
there is no "easy" way to lose excess weight, there is only discipline and responsibility. A balanced low fat diet and daily exercise is the only way, regardless of all the weight loss fads, pills and plans out there, that is the only way.

Your best option would be the following...
Watch the food you're about to eat but don't actually put it in your mouth, lol!
If you must put it in your mouth, just make sure you throw up afterwards!!!
Better yet, try and develop a nice little eating disorder, lol!

you don't loose weight, you lose weight, and when you do, you're clothes will fit not be tight anymore they will be loose. There is no easy way, take it from a fat guy : (

Exercising will reduce calories even if you are not dieting. It all depends upon how much exercising you do. There are only two ways to lose weight: reduce caloric intake or burn calories through exercise. Do not waste you time and energy on quick fixes and empty promises.

Run. You dont have to diet, but drink more water, and if you just cut out soda from your current diet would work the best! But it is almost impossible without at least a small change in your eating.

don't eat after a certain time, say 7:00pm at night, so that your body has more time to digest while you are still awake and active...

well, exercise is not easy by any means, but it works. ALOT of exercise. You can drink a lot of water. That's easy. But it hasn't done anything for me. On the other hand, imagine how fat I would be if I didn't drink a lot of water. NEVER MIND!
But for me, the easiest way to do it, is in the summer, when it is hot and muggy, I have no appetitie at all. That's the only EASY way I know of.

excersize (mostly cardio so you dont get all muscular)
hoodia (it makes you eat less so you lose weight)
Green Tea (this REALLY works speeds up you metabolism like WOAH!)

Cardio Exersize every day or 2 for 30 minutes...and as long as you eat decently and dont pig out on crap you will lose weight.

Regardless of all the hype...there is no 'easy' way but the same formula to lose weight has always and forever been:
1. Watch what you eat. Stay away from hi fat foods, including sauces, butter, sweets, pop (tons of sugar that turns into fat!), etc...and eat smaller portions. Tough at first but you'll get used to it!
2. However much you excercise today...excercise more.
By eating less fat and few calories AND by excercising just a little more (additional 40 minute brisk walk, run or bike ride) you'll most Definitely lose weight!!
