anything with greese, sugars and starches. Watch how much red meat you consume too. Things like potatoes, rice, candy, chips, breads, pastas, soda, etc. are all a big no no. Good Luck with your weight loss!

Depends on what type diet you're talking about. Most people think that "diet" automatically means to "lose weight". However, "diet" can mean to "gain weight". Everyone has a "diet" which means the type of food they eat.
Also, there is the low-salt/no-added salt diet, low-carb diet, low-fat diet, etc. So, it depends on what type of diet you're talking about as to what's considered a no-no.

First stop using more oil to ur food, that will help to reduce cholesterol. Then butter, ghee, non-veg, creams, bread etc will increases ur weight so dont go that side itself.
Eat more fruits and vegetables which is good for your health and also it will not increase weight.

Below is a site with strategies to lose weight where you do not have any food you cannot eat. But there is a single food responsible for most extra weight on Americans. Refined wheat is in bread, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, pie, fried chicken, cake, cookies, crackers, donuts, pretzels and that is what cous cous is.
Take the time to learn about how different foods affect your body and weight loss becomes much easier.

Anything from a cow. Anything white in color; white rice, white bread, white milk, white creams. Any processed meats, any breaded meats. ALL these foods digest very fast, and really put on the pounds.

Cheesecake (about 80 grams of fat), doughnuts, Cinnamon rolls, you get the idea... Sugar is not a good thing.
Say bye-bye to french fries, fried chicken, fried eggs - anything fried will wreak havoc with your weight-loss goals.
Stay away from sodas, diet sodas included and avoid caffeine. Alcohol packs on the calories, too.
Steer clear of Jimmy Dean sausages, as well!!!

What has worked for me is no regular sodas, coffee is very bad for a diet, lots of veggies & water. you can always have an occasional sweet treat but dont make it a habit. try eating chicken, fish, lean ground turkey, taco salads, tuna wraped in lettice leaves. mmmm. yummy Diets dont have to be tasteless. They just cant be full of food that are crap for your body. For me whats most important is calories, and try exercizing 3-4 times a week. if you do this for a month i guarantee you will lose weight....
