1 1/2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup of canned peaches, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp maple syrup
dash of Cinnamon
Blend all together in blender. If it's too thick, thin with a little skim milk until it's the consistency you want. I like mine thick!
You can vary this endlessly, to use what's available. Make it with strawberry yogurt and fresh or frozen strawberries, use honey if you don't have maple syrup, try nutmeg instead of Cinnamon, etc. Have fun with it!

Gosh, I love my smoothies. I use vanilla protein because you can make it any flavor you want, including chocolate. My protein power is Kashi Go Lean. I use splenda to sweeten it and a food thickener or a banana to smooth and thicken it. Every day I have something different. I buy blueberries and freeze them I put a hand full in my blender and I get blueberry, but you can do that with anything like peaches, strawberries any fruit you can freeze. I buy baking chocolate (it's pure chocolate that's ground and has no sugar. It comes in a box.) I put it in with the vanilla when I want chocolate. I buy egg whites in a milk carton and I use about 1/3 cup to up the protein grams. You can use whole eggs if you want to but I stay away from cholesterol so I just use the whites. My protein shakes are my favorite food.

Regular (or lowfat) yogurt
Frozen Blueberries (Any berry)
A Banana
Honey, (Teaspoon) Brown Sugar, or vanilla extract - to taste.
(NO ice, milk)
consistency is much like a milkshake, everything in it is perfectly good for you.
SIMPLE / GOOD / EASY
This is to lose weight, not gain it. To gain weight use a totally different shake. For that get some protein powder at GMC.

Any mixture of fresh fruit, low-fat yogurt, and sometimes juice to add a kick of something yummy.
I like to make one with strawberries, bananas, low-fat vanilla yogurt and to add a little kick to it...add about 1/4 cup of orange juice (no pulp).

I used to make one with a banana, some peanut butter, honey, ice, low fat/skim milk. It is VERY yummy and filling. You can adjust the ingredients to taste or substitute yogurt for milk etc.

I use low-fat vanilla yoghurt, milk, ice-cubes, a little bit of honey and fruit. I usually have raspberries and blueberries or mango. Banana works well too but I don't like the taste.

I use a scoop of Optimum Nutrition protein (they have great flavors: Double Rich Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, Delicious Strawberry), and blend it with skim milk and fresh or frozen fruit. The frozen fruit especially makes it a great treat, really thick and cold. Anyway, it really recharges me after a good, hard workout.

a frozen Banana, some sort of juice (usually orange), plain yogurt, and some frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mixed berries).
Have fun with it! the basic base ingredients are a banana and plain yogurt, and then you can mess around with the other fruit you put in there and experiment with flavors or whatever is lying around.
you can also find a lot of smoothie recipes online. But it's not an exact science... just throw fruit together with yogurt and some liquid.

I use frozen fruit, it's much easier than fresh and keeps longer. I use strawberries, blueberries(lots), sometimes bananas, peach yoplait yogurt (about 2 tbsp), and about 1/2 cup of orange juice! Yum! Yum! Whatever fruit you like! To make it smooth, you use the yogurt and juice.

Breakfast Replacement Smoothie
Trying to get out the door in the morning and eat a good breakfast is a tough combination, so finding a good smoothie combination to help me is a good idea. Well, I like Grape Nuts cereal and I like to mix it in yogurt and eat it with lunch or for a snack. So why not blend it into a breakfast smoothie? So I did.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
1 cup ice
1 banana
2 cups juice (orange, apple or whatever you like. I wouldn’t mind trying pineapple in this)
Blend and feel the energy!
