What can I do/eat to make me feel healthier after eating fast food?
I ate two chicken nuggets from McDonalds and I told myself not to but I did. And I just feel heavy and actually a little anxious. I don't know why. And I was wondering if there was anything that could help me feel a little better and more alert. Uggh! Help!
Share and Enjoy!

Look,

You shouldn't be eating it if afterwords you're going to feel like a train wreck.

However, since you did. You can go for a bike ride, 4 sets of pushups, flexed arm hang, or just go for a jog.

Keep in mind, if you do excercise when you have an "urge" for sweets it will pre-occupy your mind. This way you can avoid this and move on with your life.

Well I don't think you are going to gain weight but don't eat that crap from McDonald's any more I use to work there, do you know how much grease is in that food! It would make you hurl....also that movie with the guy who ate McDonald's for like 30 days straight, who was close to death because his arteries and stuff got so clogged! It is really bad food, not just for weight reasons i don't think people should be stick thin, having some muscle is important...You want to be healthy, and McDonald's is not healthy! It kills!

It sounds like you have an eating problem or the beginning of one from your question/anxiety and that concerns me - 2 nuggets are nothing to feel guilty over - I had suggestions ready like taking a walk, using Maalox for discomfort, or drinking lots of water - but what you ate was very minor and I hope that small of a portion isn't a habit.

Doing a little excersized after a fast food meal will help you feel less bloated and icky. Try walking, or a light jog. Drink plenty of water to help keep your body burning off the 2 little devils.
Or you could go extreme by drinking a shot of wheatgrass to detoxify... careful that stuff is STRONG. But it works wonders.

The obvious answer is to stop eating fast food. I used to eat McDonalds all the time, and then i stopped going there so much because i started to feel sick too. But sometimes, i might still get a meal there, and when i feel sick, i usually drink some Sprite. It sounds weird, but it works. Try it! Hope this helped!

That is more of an inner problem.
You have to try and stay away from them kind of foods if you know you're going to feel like that after eating them.
Just stick to healthy foods.

Well you're probably anxious b/c you ate something that you know is bad and went against your first thought. Don't feel guilty. You ate it, it's over, just don't do it again. Two chicken nuggets is really not THAT bad, so most of it is probably in your head. Maybe take a pepto or Tums to calm your stomach. Drink some water. Relax and do better next time.

i would think that you should drink a lot of water. i know it will make you feel bloated at first, but it will help digest the food quicker. and then maybe go for a long walk or lay down and stretch out your stomach. i know how you feel i hate that feeling.

Have more self control next time. Remember how bad you feel now. It keeps me away from all that toxic food. Drink some Green Tea or any tea. Tea is good stuff. No sugar in the tea though.

Have some fruit or veggies to balance that out. Just swear to yourself that you won't eat McDonalds ever again. Watch the movie Supersize me. You will be highly grossed out by the end. But a good movie, nevertheless. McDonalds food has nothing but chemicals and preservatives, which the body has trouble digesting and getting rid of. It actually makes me sick.
