Drink lots of water, eat lots of green veggies and do 2 hours of cardio a day. You can do 1 hr in the AM and 1 hr in the PM but try to avoid the hot hot sun when you do run/bike/jog. The sun can drain you of valuable nutrients and energy that should be used to shrink the fat cells.

Remember, every body has a fixed amount of fat cells. You cannot gain or lose fat cells. You can only expand or shrink fat cells.

Here are some helpful workout that work for me and gave me my 6 pack in 4 weeks! But you have to repeat this routine twice every day!

Crunches:
1.)Lie Down straight on the floor with your knees bent then its just like a sit-up but you are not going to go towards your knees when you do the crunch! You have to keep your face looking at the ceiling at ALL times!Do about 100 no matter how long it takes you. Have a 5 minutes break. Then you can do 50 the second time! Then you're done for that day!If you do it right that will give you the nice shape that you want just in time for school!

Push-Ups:
2.)Since you are a girl you should do it least 80 push-ups no matter how long it takes you and then you take a 5 minute break do 50 the second time and you are done!

Repeat that twice every day morning and night or whatever works for you!:)

Hope this helps!

Eat healthy. Stay away from all of the junk.
Also, do sit ups every day. the first day do 15, the next day do 20, the next 25, and so on.
If you have a pool swim laps every day.
Take a walk around your neighborhood daily.
Hope I was helpful! (:

There's really no "quick, easy way" to get in shape.

I know, it sucks.

But really, I've seen kids do transformations over the summer just by the simple act of running on a daily basis. I know that lots of people hate running, but it really does a lot for you, and once you break into it, it's not all that bad.

Try finding a time during the day that you'll run, and make sure you'll be commited to it. Find a nice place to run, and maybe figure out a couple distances, like, how long it is from one place to another. Set time limits for yourself in the span of 20 minutes. Like, if you're a beginner, walk for five minutes, run for five, walk for another five minutes, then run for five. It's all about building yourself up.

I've been doing it this summer, and I can make it a little more than two miles in the twenty minutes.

Also, ix-nay on the pop. It's amazing how much more active you'll find yourself just by cutting out that little drink. And it doesn't mean cut out all junk food, you need to know that you can still have your favorite treats, but still in moderation.

Don't drink your calories: This is the most important rule to follow. Try not to drink anything that has calories; only drink water! A good rule of thumb for how much water you should drink is to divide your weight in half and that number in ounces is your recommended daily water intake. Therefore, if you weigh 200 lbs. , you should drink about 100 oz. per day.
Be Natural: This means only eat natural food. Don't panic now! Natural or naturally occurring food or food products are those which are minimally processed and remain as close as possible to their whole, original state. Natural foods are much better and generally more nutritious than their refined counterparts.
Feed Your Body: You have to feed your body calories - good calories. It is very important to eat several meals a day. Do not go more than 4 hrs without eating, unless of course you are sleeping. You may not even need to limit how much you eat at each interval. Smaller, frequent meals will increase your metabolism, maintain your blood sugar, and prevent you from overeating.
Eat at Home:Dining out is great, but do not do it all the time! While this can be difficult if you travel a lot, if you do go out to eat, try your best to stick with the above rules.
Sugar is your Enemy:Surely you have heard this one a thousand times, but it is true. If you love candy, cookies and sweets, you should do your best to give them up - at least for a short time. Stay away from the sweets, especially until you get to your goal weight. It really can be done!
Set Your Weight Goal: You need to set goals in order to be successful in anything. Set a weight goal, but NOT a date goal! It is not important how fast you achieve your weight, so dates are not important. Health is always better than speed!
Get up and move: Exercise is a very important part of getting in shape, but sometimes you might miss a workout. Even if this happens, you could pick some exercise - such as push-ups - and do that consistently no matter what interferes with the rest of your workout plans. Try doing 20 push-ups every morning before you get into the shower. Make it part of your daily routine. It may seem insignificant, but after some time you will actually see a significant change in your body shape.
Start exercising: Take walks, join a gym, go jogging, or take a dance class – whatever you prefer. Instead of making it your New Year’s Resolution each year to exercise more, make each Monday a new chance to get on track. A non-profit national public health campaign called Healthy Monday associated with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health advocates using Monday as the day to commit to all things healthy.
Relax on the Weekends: It is important to follow the rules above. However, it's okay to relax on the weekends. This means, do allow yourself to go out to dinner and eat some sweets on the weekend. This may sound contradictory, but it's the real deal. If you have a craving, go for it. Anytime you have a craving for something that does not really conform to your diet rules - such as pizza, sweets or fried chicken - wait for the weekend to have them; make them your weekend treats. You can still follow the rules, but modify them a bit to fit in your cravings. A day or two of eating more than you're supposed to can actually make your metabolism kick in and cause a net weigh loss. Do not, however, use this as an excuse to binge eat, or else you will undo all your hard work.

Try this, you can feel and see results in about three days. Muscle will outweigh the fat so don't let the scale discourage you :).

For exercise, try switching it out everyday, so your body doesn't get used to the exercise (Monday Arms, Tuesday Stomach, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs). Also, one the days where legs or stomach or arms come back around the second workout of the week focusing in that area, try switching the exercise out too. For arms maybe lift weights (if you have none then use cans and be sure to hold them away from you or they won't work). For stomach, you can sit on a bouncy ball and do crunches (don't hold onto your legs), for legs, maybe lay on your side propped up on your elbow and lift the top leg slowly up and down, then switch. If you are can't exercise an hour, that's fine but try increasing the time every week or so. If you are old enough to buy equiptment or go to a gym, try that. As you get further into it, maybe you can buy some equipment for mainly those three areas I listed. Also, walk home from places or on the commercial break, get up and run wall to wall.
Also, a REALLY good workout is at youtube.com and search for 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, 8 minute buns, and 8 minute arms. Try doing these on other days (ex.: Monday arms and workout from youtube, Tuesday legs not workout from youtube, Wednesday stomach and 8 minute abs, Thursday rest, Friday arms no 8 minute arms, Saturday no 8 minute abs, Sunday 8 minute legs. Try doing those how I listed above and don't do it more than once a day along with your daily workout.

For food, which is very important (70% of weight loss is food intake while 30% is excercise, though both are VERY important), try this schedule.

Breakfast:Whenever you wake up or an hour after.

Drink of choice: One hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water.

Lunch: 1 1/2 hours after drink of choice.

Snack: 1 1/2 hour after lunch (or two hours after lunch).

Dinner: 2 hours after snack.

Try portioning your food, one cup for meals and half a cup for snacks and drink of choice. As you get more used to this, you can decrease your portion sizes.
Also try measuring your calorie intake and try exercising over the amount of your intake to build muscle which burns access fat. You can measure that at www.myfitnesspal.com where it measures EVERYTHING for you :).

If you drink cokes and need help with that, try slowly decreasing the amount of cokes you drink, one day the usual, and decrease half of the amount of that you usually drink until it's half a cup a day.

While your exercising, I have a problem with wanting to eat then and I'm sure everyone else does too so maybe bring a mug of ice with you and eat the ice so you get a little munch out of it and you Hydrate yourself while doing no harm to yourself or your diet.

Hope this helps and good luck! :)

Also, at www.myfitnesspal.com if you do everything it says exercise an hour a day, eat the amount of calories! Just keep in mind that whichever diet you do YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Good luck :)

I've been doing this and so far I've lost 6lbs in 5 days :)
Good luck

Check your BMR and eat that amount of calories (BMR is the amount of calories that you burn daily just by breathing, sleeping, etc. so if you eat that much, you burn it plus exercise will be burning more then your intake :)

Alot of people simply say "eat right and exercise" and they may seem like little help but that's really all it comes down to; those are the basics of every diet. There are different ways of eating right and exercising but those are just the two things it all comes down to (:

1. Swim. If you can get to water, try to swim every day for 45 minutes. Start out slower, maybe every other day and build yourself up. By the end of August you will definately see results. Consider getting your Red Cross lifesaving certification.
2. Tennis. Even if youre not good at first find a friend and practice every day or every other day for an hour or so.
3. Weight train. Buy a few dumbbells and work your arms and shoulders. Lateral raises and dumbbell presses. Or even get a barbell-weightbench set (yes girls buy them too).
4. Run. Go for a jog every evening. Start slow and see if you can get to a mile after a few weeks. This has the added benefit that you might win yourself a place on the track or cross country team in September.
5. Bicycle. Take bike trips, every area has bicycle trails, so bring pleanty of liquids and bike around town. Be safe.
And be sure to have fun whatever you do. Having fun will make getting in shape something to look foward to.
