Don't bother with all that shite just eat a sensible diet and your fruit and veg have some will power. This way will save you pounds.
Believe me I've tried them all and the best way is to eat healthily with portion control and daily exercise. This way will satisfy you cravings and prevent you from binging when you get really fed up with all this carry on.

some one said grapes and keep in fridge BUT if u freeze them.... they are like lil sweets and take longer to eat....
or a banana baked in the skin in the oven.... its natural sugars all carmalise and u cud mix it with a natural yogurt... very tasty!!!

Chop up some crunchy veg like carrots, sweet red peppers, Celery etc. and put them in ziploc bags in the fridge. They are cold, refreshing and full of flavour.
Eat fresh fruit, cold from the fridge. Cold is key in the hot summer weather. Nobody ever got fat from eating fresh whole fruit.
I just snacked on a handful of cherry tomatoes and they were so good!
A small handful of walnuts or almonds will calm the mid afternoon munchies and are full of goodness.
Parched corn isn't high in calories, and again the crunchiness helps make you feel like you're "really eating something."
Don't forget to drink plenty of cold water or herbal teas, without sugar.

Crisps with LOW CALORIE SNACKS, (Note: Some Crisps like "Walkers Crisps TM" Have more calories than others, I think)
or Apple, Orange , Bananas and other sort of crisp fresh fruits.
Vegetables such as Celery or Carrots, you can just grab one from your Local Supermarket (Pick ONLY the Freshest ones to give you the FRESHEST MINDS OF ALL AND HEARTS)

Oatcakes - you can get ones for about 40 per oatcake and if you have a few you know you've had something healthy that will give you energy.
Also for something sweet ice lollies are lowish - you can get mini soleros only 55 cal.
This isn't a snack - but try using Bisto vegetable gravy instead of margarine or butter on potatoes etc. Much lower.

Dried fruit, fruit, veg, no sugar jelly, low fat yogs, lean meat (cut the fat off), rice cakes, weight watchers produce is really good. Small handful of almonds, few brazil nuts (great for energy). Boiled egg, crisp breads, low fat cheese spread, vegetables, salad, low calorie hot chocolate. You can also make things like healthy pizza. Take a grilled muffin add some tomato puree, healthy toppings like lean chicken, pepper, etc add some low fat cheese grill until golden. Add some herbs like Oregano. Tastes as good as the real thing but not as fattening :o)

cocaine, speed, ecstasy are all excellent low calorie snacks. also they help with weight loss and have the added benefit of really interesting side effects. If for example you have an office job and at 10am you usually have a biscuit with your coffee, try substituting the biscuit with a nice line of coke. also take up smoking, as any one will tell you that a line and a cigarette nock the spots off most things.
