I love strawberries. I ate like 50 yesterday. I guess its ok to eat alot as long as you dont eat alot at one time.

Well it's not that bad, its not like eating four pounds of candy, but little by little the sugar level is going to add up to a big number, but overall it's pretty healthy. Good job!

thats a pretty good diet but it could be better. if you eat too much of any one food it WILL be bad for you. its not like weight watchers where there is free foods because it is a proven fact that if you eat too much fruit or vegetables it will have the same effect as a cheese burger. good luck

Well I have stawberries on a daily basis in a smoothie but I think your going overboard. Why don't you mix it up a bit and eat different fruits. Pears, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, these are all high in fibre which is good for you.

Everything in moderation. A cow gets fat eating grass..right. A pound of strawberries is alot. They are very good for you...just not that many.

Strawberries are good, but I wouldn't eat that many of them maybe 3-5 in the morning. ALso, to lose weight oatmeal is really good in the morning, and that is great to cut up strawberries into. I also reccomend fruits like melon, cantaloupe and definitley blueberrries-which would be great for oatmeal too! Good Luck! : )

You should eat smaller meals if you want to loose weight. And instead of the normal 3 meals a day, use 6. Strawberrys are good for you, but to much is not...they could actually reverse your hard work, much like anyfood. =)
SO keep it easy with the strawberries and best of luck with your weight loss goal!!! <3

No thats a great diet Plan, I would try doing weight watchers or eating special K cereal really helps. Weight watchers is great because it is based on points, and you set a goal of how many points you can reach per day. Like my goal is 15, that means that I can only eat foods that add up to 15points for the whole day.

mix up the fruit. apples, bananas, melons, grapes are all good.
also have veggies. carrotts are a great snack. and dont forget about dinner!!

sounds like your doing good keep up the great work strawberries are a good snack but you might want to mix it up a bit like instead of eat-ting the strawberries you might want to try blueberries or grapes if you can get apples and cut them in slices or an orange that is a good way to go !
on the strawberries or other fruits I would limit to about 30 a day not more then that and don't eat them so fast slow is better then you will fill full!
oatmeal is good in the morning if you buy the ones with the different types of flavors! skim milk is good and orange juice is good vitamin C!

Strawberries are not bed. But you should definitely not eat more than a pound in on sitting. Try eating about 4 or 5 strawberries instead of a pound.

if you have too much of anything you can get a stomach ache or you could gain weight. try to eat a little less of those things. but definately dont stop eating, you don't want to end up in the hospital.
It is really high in calories, and strawberries already have alot of sugar in them, so i guess that would add more sugar, or too much sugar.
I'm sorry, but I would eat a little less, but don't go on one of those pills to make you skinnier, or loose weight. I actually think they are just being lazy.
I would try to workout a little bit more. Get yourself into shape. My dad runs 12 miles every day on the track. He listens to his ipod when he runs so he doesn't have to listen to his own breath running out.
At first when he ever started running he got really tired and didn't run that fast. Now 1 year later and he is really into shape and, well you know what I mean.

half a cup of raw strawberries has about 50 calories and 4 of that is fat. there is a lot of sugar about 7g per serving.
Strawberries are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Folate and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C and Manganese.
but A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
a pound of strawberries is a little much if you are trying to diet.

All things in moderation. That's the key to being healthy. If you do too much of anything, even if it's a good thing, it can backfire. But, I'd say fresh fruit is probably a good snack, just don't overdo it. If you're that hungry, you need a snack that is more satisfying, something with protein. Strawberries won't make you feel less hungry. But, I'd love to come over and have some fresh strawberries--I LOVE strawberries--they are my most favorite food. They don't grow where I live...

There are good sugars and bad. Fruit sugars are natural so of course they are good for you. But wow! A pound of strawberries? Slow down and try other fruits. Also, The diet Plan you are on only starves your body. You will end up gaining the weight you are losing back when you resume regular eating. You can still have lean meats in your diet and lose the weight But! Cut back on the strawberries!

Gillian McKeith's books say lots of fruits and veggies are good and that you should stay away from breads, cheese, and red meats. have all of the fruits, veggies, fish, and beans you want!

its a pretty good diet but you have to remember that strawberries like all fruit contain a certain amount of sugar so I would limit them to maybe 2 small portions a day about 10 small berries at a time

Strawberries are a healthy fruit, but too many is till too many calories. Berries generally have less sugar per *volume* then some other fruits such as bananas but they'll still add too many calories.
3/4 of a cup of whole (not sliced or trimmed), raw berries is one serving and will have between 60 and 80 calories. Depending on how you measure.
So other than the strawberries the meals you put in are pretty good. Plantains should be eaten in moderation too and make sure they aren't processed with sugar.
