u dont need to excersize for that body...
but if you wanna be fit u need to run for like 30 minutes to an hour
and by the end of the week you'll be fine
just remember to take a water bottle because if u dont drink water then you;ll just lose water fat and then youll gain it all

It depends on your body size now. If you are around a 2 or a 3, then (I won't say a week) you could get to that size pretty soon. Calories....just depends on your usual diet. If you eat sweets a lot, cut back on those. If you are usually one to take seconds, skip it a few times a week. As for the running, a couple of miles a day would get you down soon. Just remember, that you shouldn't strain yourself to achieve these results. All people are built differently, and that doesn't mean you have to starve yourself to get there. That's what a lot of runway girls do, and thats not good for you. Trust me, the girl in the picture is waaay too skinny

Eat whatever you want. Run 30-60 mins every morning. If you do, you'll never be fat.
Lol....i eat like a pig and I run 5 mornings a week for about a half hour and i've always weighed 115 pounds, although i gained some from muscle building up. MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH!

It depends on where you're weight is at now. But I would have to say if you're average weight than no. It deffinatly took a lot longer than a week for that woman to get where's she's at. OK seriously why would you want to be this skinny and it depends how big you are now if you are 300 pounds i dont think so but if you only need to lose a couple of pounds maybe if you eat like all healthy and excercise but DONT over work your body cause it also depends how your Thyroid is if u have a fast or really slow thyroid

You're not going to tone a body solely by running. Also, that model's legs are incredibly skinny. If you run, you will be creating some muscle definition. You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. Most importantly, you must exercise. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:)

ok this is coming from a guy who is still a teen so i know about hot girls and such lol. trust me that is way too skinny. i mean skinny is good but thats just crazy. i just cant seem to figure out what some girls are thinking nowadays. just eat right and excercise 3-4 times a week to stay healthy.

Your not going to get a straight answer from this kind of crowd... I am not going to judge you or anything, but if you want to look like that think about it realistically. Does your bones have that same physique? If so, go ahead walk until you drop those pounds. However, just by walking won't get you to where you want to go. You have to eat right too.
By the way, you look up to people that look this way don't you? This means that you think they have power and by wanting to look like her you would have that power. Then again, that is not the case. You have to feel powerful by trying to shape yourself in the way that makes you feel happy.

I'm about that thin, maybe even a little thinner. I have a kind of touchy stomach so it isn't really by choice.. but generally just try and eat light and do aerobics and jogging, lifting weights doesn't burn much fat, it just builds muscle and makes you bulkier, avoid that! So just eat a lot of very small meals instead of big meals, don't eat anything at least 2 hours before bed. Good luck. We need more pretty women like that, THAT'S natrual! All these "normal" women would have been considered morbidly obese 100 years ago, eww!
