Please help me! i have a weird eating habbit?
im obsessed with my weight and often fast for about 12 hours at a time.....

90 pounds

and mostly today ive eaten yogurt 2 cookies and fruit

and that was my dinner lunch and breakfast...

Eat. The more you don't eat and then suddenly eat, the more you will put on weight. To start of eat something light like fruit or a piece of toast for breakfast, for lunch have a small sandwich and for dinner just have a few vegetables.
As the days progress eat more, you will feel a lot better for it. If your worried about your weight just drink a lot of water, stay away from sugary fatty foods (Like cookies.) they may taste good but are not good for your body on a daily bases, keep them as a treat.
Exercise regularly. It will definitely help!

Might I add you are tiny so you do not need to loose weight, I was just confused about how big 90 pounds was because you don't use pounds in Australia. So I take back the bit about loosing weight, but still doing those things will keep you healthy!

pray that you dont get really sick. you need food in your body so you should start by eating little meals that include protein (eggs, milk, nuts) and carbohydrates (wheat bread, cereal, pasta) dont forget about the good sugar that you need (fruits, vegetables) start small and work your way to normal meals. you will feel much better once you start eating, no more being sleepy all the time (like im sure you are). also once you start eating right try to start exercising that way you wont have to worry about the weight you will gain. your body is starving so once you start eating there will be a period of weight gain exercise will prevent you from being overweight. good luck.

eating often increases your metabolism so youll maintain a slim build + youll b a lot healthier. starving yourself is so unhealthy; it sends your body into panic mode n burns less fat (decreases your metabolism) because it thinks its dying..

I don't think you have an "eating problem" so much as a self-esteem and control problems.

Eating IS one of the most natral things in the world and people who are so removed from this need real, intensive help. The help isn't to make you eat... the help is to try to find out why you have to control so very closely what you eat and what you weigh. You know you need help and I realy hope you seek it out.

you are skinny and have nothing to worry about. try to read labels and find low calorie food. maybe you can work yourself up to eating a little. you can get real sick in the future if you do not regulate your vitamins and nutrition that you need to live,. good luck.

Wish you can share your obsession to me because I want to loose 10 pounds or if possible to give it to you? Seriously, eat more on carbohydrates. Instead of yogurt, eat ice cream. I'm 5'2" and heavier than you for about 30 lbs. Maybe I'll try yogurt 2 cookies and fruits for my diet. Don't forget to drink multi-vitamins!

you've fallen into a bad habit, but try scheduling your meals, it will make breaking the habit easier. start small, maybe a banana or a bagel for breakfast, plan a simple sandwhich for lunch, and pasta for dinner.

your days will be easier when you have carbs in you! promise!

Aaaaww......Honey, you're breaking my heart. What you need is a Nutritionist to help you with your eating habits. You also won't have to worry about eating things that aren't good for you or that you feel will make you gain weight. They can sit with you and come up with a daily plan that can help you feel good about eating in a very healthy way. : )

Well fasting for 12 hours at a time is going to make you put on weight because it thinks it's starving so it slow's down your metabolism. Sounds like you may have an eating disorder, time to see a counselor or talk to a close friend about your problem.

you are pretty underweight. Why don't you make a rule for yourself that you have to eat a snack at least once an hour and just carry little snacks with you whether it be a small bag of carrots or chips or cookies...

Try gradually changing your diet. Try eating in moderations so you won't feel hungry all the time.

For example, every hour or so eat a small healthy snack. Look for some fruit or vegetables that you might like and eat that.

If not, ask your doctor for any health tips.

It isn't unnatural to eat...you just think it is...its unnatural not to eat.

you have trained yourself to ignore or turn off you hunger pains.

I don't know how old you are or anything, but you need to get help or you will end up shutting down your kidneys and liver.

I had a friend who didn't eat and she had 4 surgeries on her legs to try to increase circulation...her body was shutting down...she was told if it happened again they would have to be amputated

go get help

Well you can't eat a bunch of food all at once. It takes time to stretch your stomach out.

well who eats 2 cookies if they are weight/food freaks?

also the yogurt is probably processed and fake flavoring, like a strawberry danon yogurt.

if you eat yogurt eat plain and add natural fruit. forget the cookies eat a piece of lean chicken. and add more fruits and vegetables.
