Yes you'll need to exercise to tone your body and be more skinny!

I see you already have the want to start with a good diet and exercise routine.

No you don't need to lose weight. It wouldn't hurt however, if you lost no more than about 10 pounds. You don't want to be skin and bones nonetheless. But you're fine the way you are.

You look okay to me... at the end of the day women are supposed to have curves. You should only consider a diet if you are unhealthy and causing you health problems.

If being the way you are is causing you mental stress, consider this you have no reason to feel uncomfortable if your BF, who I assume loves you a lot says you look great and are being silly.

very pretty...there is no need to for you to try to lose weight. healthy diet and exercises is good for everyone. Maybe you could just focus on toning and definition.

I think that my opinion may be subject to the photos that i have seen of you. From the first photo it looked like your arms could do with some toning and your hips could be thinner. However, from second picture your hips looked fine but your legs looked like they also could do with some toning.

Why not try finding out your BMI (Body Mass Index) that will say whether you are under/over weight.

Going back to your question, exercise (when done within reason) never hurts anyone. Try doing some cardio exercise for all round exercise and weight training for your arms and legs.

If that does not work and you still dont feel comfortable about your weight. Try wearing flattering clothes to suit your body. Emphasize your good parts and sneakly hiding the parts you don't like.

And don't forget, beauty comes from within, maybe your fella is right ;)

Not really but im not a fitness trainer so....

i mean your body is fine but arms could shape up just a sliver so just run a little with some weights in your hands that wouldn't be that bad

Your fella is probably like my husband - he likes looking at all the real skinny women on the telly but he like to feel the curves not the bones. You look great, you are not overweight but nicely curvy if you lost weight you would lose your figure in my opinion.

There's no reason you should lose weight you look great. You could always eat healthy without trying to lose weight it'll give you lots of energy and make you feel alot healthier and fitter but you defiantly don't need to lose weight.

I think you have to have a positive image of yourself before asking others for an opinion, then hopefully you wont care what others think. Your fella obviously loves you for being you! Some people if they look at your picture will like your image, others wont, we all like different things. Im not even going to look at the photo to be honest.

You look healthy to me. Although a healthier 'diet' would benefit anyone. Not necessarily calorie or fat restriction, just making better food choices. Your arms are really fleshy like mine - I HATE my arms. :(

You are voluptuous and curvy. You look lovely and fine as you are. I suspect you have a "warped" body image due to all the bombardment of super-skinny, emaciated "celebs" and skeletal "models" used in magazines all the time. You are a REAL woman. Don't waste your energy fighting to get your weight below it natural set point. As long as you feel healthy, and are fit, its better to be that little bit on the bigger side than to slim down. Make sure you keep fit, lots of walking, cycling, "fun" with your boyfriend!!!!, be active and eat a healthy wholesome diet. If you still feel fat and insecure about your body image read up stuff on self esteem and find some body-image self help books.
