you burn calories better after you eat in the morning because your body does many activities after that and burns fat and cals more quickly than the evening....and in the morning your body has quicker metabolism than in the evening so it doesn't really matter if you eat much at breakfast.

You burn calories all the time. You burn calories everyday just walking. In the morning you are at your lightest so that may help in burning more calories. I would think that after you eat you would burn less since you just ate, you would probably just burn off those calories.

After you eat but when you try to burn calories eat some nice vegetables or something healthy and with fiber because the nutrients go through your body and if you exercise those nutrients will turn into muscle like popcorn (although not exactly that way). And a good jog around the neighborhood every morning is a good way to start off the day. But any time of day is good to exercise.

Your metabolism goes up a little after you eat because your body is digesting food. And overall, it's better to eat most of your calories earlier than later. Have a good breakfast and lunch, go light at dinner because you won't burn as many calories while sleeping.

It depends on how active you are. You are constantly burning calories. Humans actually burn A TON of calories in their sleep. Most people burn more calories in the morning, because their body is working hard to wake them up. Breakfast is always important if you want to bun a lot of calories throughout the day. Exercise works best, always remember that, because if you exercising, you burning calories and it doesn't nessasarily matter what time it is. :)

.. .. ..
When you eat you are digesting food and the intesten is ready for the new nurishment to take into the body
.. .. ..
That means your blood is on the way to pick up some goodies for your body
.. .. ..
That takes away your full potential in a good work out

Lots of variety in answers...Now, how about the truth.
The best time to burn calories is in the morning after you eat. I assume that you mean stored calories(fat). While all calories are equal, the way the body deals with them is not. What determines if your body uses stored calories is your blood sugar levels. When the levels are too high or too low you will store anything eaten as fat. If you exercise BEFORE you eat, then you already have low blood sugar. This will result in your body burning lean tissue for energy instead of fat. Then when you do eat all that is eaten will be stored as fat-probably not what you are trying to accomplish. When you exercise in the morning it also starts cellular respiration, fluid exchange, and many activities that continue to happen in the body for up to 18 hours. These activities will burn calories while you are at rest-your body continues to work at the cellular level while you do your regular activities. Therefore you get to burn calories extra calories all day.
One key to burning fat is to keep your blood sugar regulated. You do that by eating the right foods, right combination of foods, all at the right times. Another fact that is not well known-once you have calories stored as fat, it takes more calories to burn them than they contain. You have to use energy to convert them from fat to usable body fuel. This adds about 400 calories per pound.
Good luck to you and for you!
