no carb diets can cause damage to your organs... so please dont try it, you are 14 years old, diets of any kind are not really for you unless you are grossly overweight which you are not........ trust me as soon as you hit 16 and begin to get curves you will wonder what all the fuss was about....

Cutting out carbs can help, but get ready to eat protein till is comes out of your ears. Also, once you start eat ting carbs again, the weight will come back. Remember, that once you go on a diet to lose the weight you have to stick to it for then on. If you feel that bread, potatoes, and some veggies which are rich in carbs are a main staple and something you would miss, don't do it. Instead, find a healthy way of eating, such as eating three medium size meals a day. You are not over weight, and you are 14. Fat is moving all around, so the "baby fat" will burn off as you grow. Just go for walks, stay active, and eat healthy, which means no fast food burgers a lot, not a whole lot of sugary treats, and lower calorie diet. Good luck!

There is nothing wrong with toning up. Start working out. Even skinny girls need to be active. THat will make you more tone, and less flabby. Good luck and keep positive. Keep eatting, because eatting disorders are a dangerous thing. And if you are not careful, with what you are saying, could get you into trouble.

woah woah woah! You are at the average weight for your age! This is completely normal! Most fourteen year olds weigh the same weight you do! My little sister is 14 and she is 5'1 and weighs 111. This is completely normal. You shouldn't go on a diet. You're fine the way you are, maybe you want to cut back on some junk food, but that's all thats neccesary while you're this young. Learn to love yourself and not be obsessed with the hate you have with the scale. Good luck and best wishes =)

lmao...sweetie your not fat, you're fine. Im 5'0 and weigh alot more than you (but just had a baby) My best weight at this height was probably about 110. When i was 103 ppl thought i was way to skinny. Anyway you're 14 and if your health isnt at risk there is no need to worry about your weight. But still trust me you are at a great size now.

just exercise daily! don't diet because you may not know the correct way to restrict foods or whatever....exercising should do the job. good luck.

Never go on no carbs or no anything. You need to eat a little of everything. But, if u really want to, then run for a few miles in the morning every day or swim for half an hour.

You're not fat, so don't get intot hat mindset. The most effective weight control system is eating healthy and exercising. Don't eat too much sugar, eat fruits and veges, etc. Also try to exercise every day, even if it's as simple as jogging or doing sit-ups.

n the low carb thing. is not the way to go.
low carb means u need to read labels 24/7 n eat foods that dont fill u up. but u wont lose fat with that. ull lose muscle. n the scale will show that uve lost smth..but its not gonna be fat.
IF you ever do feel like ur fat (which as we established ur not..) just excercise. that is the BEST thing to do. u excercise and eat anything u want..w/ moderation of course (cant go head first on a big chocolate cake n finish it) but with that ull gain muscle and lose fat. and ull look even skinnier than u would from just dieting bc ur body will be firm.

No i don't think you should go on a no carb diet because once you do start eating right again you'll gain plus more weight!!!
I'm your height and weight alot more than that..but am older, i had a baby a couple of months ago and i think 107 lbs is still very skinny!
Your best bet would just be to exercise, it's very healthy for body and will teach you how to take care of yourself in the long run and those thighs will look great.
Try running, swimming, dancing, skating or get involved in sports like baseball anything you enjoy doing that will not get you bored quickly.
Your weight sounds fine you just need to tone your body..running and lifting small weights:)

So many people don't get this. A well balanced diet and exercise will keep you healthy. There is no miracle diet. If you want to get toned then maybe try lifting some weights. Weight and Mass are too different things. Plus body image is so overrated. Concentrate on more important things in your life. Because there are people who worry and wither away about there looks.

when my daughter was your age she thought so too. The doctor told her that she needs to gain 10 lbs to be healthy or she wouldnt sign her sports activity sheet. Since then she gained a few pounds and realized that she was much happier. If you are in sports, dont worry about the weight. Muscle weights more than fat. If you are not, dont worry. You are still developing and your bodu is growing. Just watch waht you eat, but don't stress on your weight. Emphasize on something else. Read, join some activity and be happy with who you are.
