lets see what would happen if oyu didnt eat for a year. you would die. diet pills suck, dont take them. your best bet is not to listen to your brother. if you want to lose weight want to do it the right way. talk to your dr. make sre you are doing healthfullr like eating right and exercising, not to much. there is no point in losing weight if your body is a in a crappy state of health.

No, ofcourse not but you should diet, and that doesn't mean NOT eating. It means eating healthier foods with less fat and calories. You should maybe eat a whole weat 98% no fat cereal in the morning with strawberries and bananas (kellogs special...yummy) and for lunch have a salad and some grilled vegetables, and for dinner have a different kind of salad and something without fat, but go easy on the salad dressing. You can have carrots and cucumbers or fruit pieces as little snacks in between.....healthy is the way to go, and you'll be in good shape. Also, exercise regularly and play sports in school.

you are fat but its obesity with you. you need to start eating healthy. stop soda, chips, cookies only and eat homemade foods, but small portions. you will see you lose alot of weight. plus do 45 min cardio, ab workout, walk first and when you feel up to it run. your weight should be atlest 130. no more fst food. eat your vegetables w/out the cheese and butter. a little buti of salt(means less than a tsp) NO PILSS!! with your weight its not good

Getting skinny is a lifestyle change not a one year change. You are going to find a way to be active and happy. You are going to find a diet you can live with. If you need help get a trainer or a friend who can act like an asshole for an hour in the gym

Well don't stop eating...just start eating healthier and everything and yeah that's really overweight for someone your height and that's actually kind of gross...and what is with everyone today...and you won't have a chance of running 100 miles a day without having a heart attack or something just do cardio and a lot of exercise and eat healthier and stuff...there is no magic pill or anything that will make you skinny fast...you have to use hard work and have to be motivated to want to lose the weight otherwise don't even bother...

yes, you would be considered obese. DO NOT STOP EATING! Just pay attention to WHAT you are eating, and HOW MUCH you are eating. It would be a good idea to join a gym. Usually there are professionals there that can help you set up an exercise program for you. Some gyms have nutritionists on staff that can help you eat healthy and help maximize your weight loss.

Im 5'8 and need to lose some weight but I don't weight that much.
You might not be able to start just running everyday so work up to it.

Well, I hate to break it to you, but being that short (for lack of a better term) and weighing that much is severely over-weight and puts you at greater risk for health problems later on in life.
