not thinking about losing the weight to start with the more you think about is when you don't lose it just stay active and you will forget about wanting to lose the weight and you will may be not fast as you want to but you'll get it off believe in your self

Start eating only fruits and vegetables (find meals that use them) and drink a lot of water. No more soft drinks, this will help a lot if you just stop there. Also, take a lot of walks. Go to the park, hang out with people where you have to walk or can't really sit still too long. If you do those things, you'll see some difference by the end of the month. You also need to get some cardio workouts in there. Jump rope, jog, ride a bike, not a car, things like that. You won't lose 30 pounds from that right away but there'll be a difference and it'll make you feel better. Do this during the summer and continue until the nest. You'll look amazing by then.

You can only physically lose 2 pounds of fat a week.. thats the absolute max. anything more than that is just water.

detox, excersize and eat HEALTHIER not less. eat fruit for snacks and lots of fiber. and drink lots of water, especially if you do detox. Most the time you think you're hungry youre really just dehydrated.

There is no way to lose weight super quickly so please don't even try. Just watch what you eat and exercise. That's the only way to lose weight safely.

Cardio. Start running, alot. Cut the fat out of your diet, start eating only fruits and vegetables with some fish or seafood, any seafood is excellent, very little fat, and much more protein than other meats, you could make some chicken as well, boil it to get all the fatty juices out though.

There is no quick fast solution. As my personal trainer told me in the past, it's really about calorie intake versus how much you burn. As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you're bound to lose weight. It's basic math and not rocket science. You'd want to eat more high fiber foods because you can eat less of it (so less calories) but feel fuller so you don't eat as much. But regardless of what you eat, just exercise more. I still like fast food (once in a while) but when I did, I made sure I worked out more to make up for it. Another way to think is if you eat an extra fry, you'd have to do 10 extra minutes on the treadmill. Generally, that would stop me from eating anymore. :-) Good luck!!!

I joined Weigt Watchers. You might not lose it AS fast, but you'll keep it off.
It would help if I (we) knew how old you are, tall you are, and weight!
If you aren't normally heavy and just recently gained weight so now you want to lose it- do the Atkins diet. No carbs. I lost 70lbs. in like 10 months.
It is NOT a lifestyle change if you are normally heaby and have poor eating habits, plus it's not the healthiest thing to do for like a years either. So if you just need to lose like 15lbs. that you packed on that's not NORMALLY there, do THIS (atkins)!

"Super Quickly"?...Without surgery...the question you should be asking of yourself is, 'how healthy do I want to be?' There are a lot of unhealthy ways to lose weight super quickly, so another question would be to ask, 'do I want to lose weight for a few months or a life time?'
With that said, the best way is as stated before: burn more, intake less!
I have lost 12lbs in 3 months by doing cardio! When I first started I could barely do a half an hour, now I have increased my speed and endurance and can manage 40 minutes! I didn’t weigh myself for months and didn’t 'feel' like I lost any weight or inches (inches are great compared to weight!), but I have.
I am not diligent. I started off strong and would skip a week here and there. but I stuck to it, it’s about a life change and being healthy! Being consistent is a lifestyle change. if you want to lose weight super quickly, I suggest a minimum of an hour cardio a day. I also strength train. Yes I am that woman amongst all those burly men lifting 5 and 10lbs weights! who cares! I have my favorite music on my I-pod and I just do it! It was scary at first and there are only certain exercises I do at the gym, but that’s why doing some calisthenics at home is great.

The other aspect is watching your calorie intake. You don’t have to be a nut like some of us who read all labels..(but that means I can have a snickers bar or a serving of ice cream if I want to because I know mentally about how many calories I had for the day, or I can plan for a splurge.) I eat whatever I want. I do however stick to serving sizes and I do try to load up on veggies and legumes. I don’t eat much bread, or rice I stick to a serving if I must. find the foods you like and like to cook.
With that said, this is my final point about living a healthy lifestyle- it is for life right?
Most people shy away from 'alternative medicine', but I say whatever can help, right?! I have found knowing what foods are good for my body type helps in planning meals and staying healthy. Here is a brief excerpt from the site.
