 Should i stop working out?
I just want to look good on a swimming trunks should i stop is it good enough?

mmm...yes u have to eat less, but not anorexia kind of eating less...just watch out what u eat and exercise...thats it

Go to www.caloriecount.about.com and make an account an it will tell u how many calories to lose weight and it will keep track of the calories u consume in a day and the activity u preform.

NO! Do NOT become annorexic or bolemic. It can lead to death. If you are seriously worried about your weight then just work out or go on a healthy eating diet.
But whatever you do, do not get an eating disorder. My friend has annorexia and it is really hard for everyone else.
Seriously bad idea. Just work out but make sure you still eat a balanced diet.

wow what is the world coming to? and don't do anything that will make you unhealthy and you know that eating disorders will. work out a lot and only eat healthy foods. like eat only fruits and vegetables if you want to get that severe into losing weight.

Annorexia & Bullimia are very bad for your over health and your body. The best thing to do is drink a lot of water, i'm talking 3-4 litres a day, that will help in burning your fat. Also, cut out sugar completely eat nothing with any traces of sure and eat nothing with wheat for example, bread, cereal, cookies, the works. And eat an apple a day to help regulate your body and keep you going to the washroom. Oh yea and in the morning have high in fibre cereal or 2 eggs, this will help in giving your body energy while eating this way. Oh yea no juice or pop. First week if u follow it 100% you'll loose about 7 pounds and slowly it will be about 4-5 pounds a week. Trust me it works i did it, my dietrician told me about it and monitored me it works. Weigh yourself once a week only, on the same day at the same time.

ummm don't do anorexia bulimic cause u can get really sick just find an exercise you like doing such as running,sit ups,push ups etc

You can't just go anorexic or bulimic. Yes you do need to lose a little weight (assuming you're not really tall). Run a lot and you should be fine.

Maybe you should just change your diet and join an organized sport. You're still very young, and you will probably loose this "baby weight" as you grow older. Please don't turn to anorexia or bulimia, theyre stupid disorders and i'm sorry but thats really stupid to even consider it. it's sad how society has made girls, esp young girls feel about their own self image nowdays, but I'm sure you're fine the way you are. I might have even been that weight when I was your age, i think. Just be healthy, that's all you need to worry about.

why would you even think of going anorexic! You do know, that you could die from it, right?! You HAVE to eat in order to live. I'm sorry if I'm being rude, but there's really nothing nice to say about it! Workout if you really need to, but I think you're a fine weight!

hun dont go anorexic or bullimic. just figure out how to eat better, and add some excerisising in ur everyday schedule. believe me, i was in ur position at one time and i tried to gradually see how little i could eat each day. it doesnt work on alot of reasons, and it doesnt last

Just do lots of cardio and eat healthy. You will be down in no time if you keep your cardio up since your young you have a good metabolism.

You should never go anorexic or bulimic. Not eating is very dangerous and will just zap you of all energy and bulimia can do serious damage to your body because of all the acid that is in vomit.

What you should do is eat a sensible diet and get at least an hour or two of exercise each day. Either eat 3 medium meals each day or 5 small ones. And remember that little things you do can be good exericse. These things to do include walking around the entire mall when you go to the mall, walk or bike somewhere instead of being driven, get a group of friends to play a sport with you, spend more time swimming then outside the pool or just sitting in it

dontttt go bulemic, that doesnt work! if you did you have to throw up alllll the calories you ate or else it gets all ****** up and you gain more weight. annorexia will work but eating healthy little amount and runnning a lot will give you the best healthy results

u cannot just decide to go anorexic
and DO NOT GO BALIMIC cause the biggest loss u will have is UR LIFE
just start eating healthy and stay away from junk food
also, start jogging a mile a day or sumthing so u stay healthy and do not KILL YOURSELF!!

I'm sure you know already bulimia and anorexia are neither the right choice. They can make you extremely sick or even be fatal. Working out doesn't have to be as hard as it sounds. If you're 13 try joining in on sports or go swimming often. Watch what your eating, try not to eat too much junk and drink lots of water. Get outside and walk often. You will be fine if you don't take the obvious unhealthy routes.

Hi Jesus Freak,I'm Saundra and I am 13 as well.I weigh 95 lbs.I don't think you should go anorexic because that can lead to serious medical conditions.I think you should just eat healthier foods and maybe if you have a dog just take it for a walk.

Eating disorders aren't weight loss techniques. Workout, watch what you eat, and drink water instead of high-calorie beverages. I lost 5 pounds in one week just by running everyday and eating healthy foods and no more junk. I also stopped drinking pop, so if you're a pop drinker that is a huge part of it.
Don't turn to an eating disorder. Be healthy. Exercise. Good luck!

NO! You're the perfect weight!
I'm 200 lb and I'm not very fat.

You're a good weight, and don't even think about anorexia or bulimia. Those are extremely unhealthy. If you really want to lose weight, which I adamantly advise against, then work out and eat 1500 calories a day. No more no less.

Look no offence hun and i'm not trying to be rude but your either posting this for attention, or your looking for someone to tell you to wise up, and i'm gona be that person. You do not want to be aneroxic, its not a good road to take, it causes so many problems not only for the sufferer but for their friends and family. Your only 13 you don't need to be going on a diet or doing hardcore exercise, your body going to change alot, fair enough if in a few years your still not happy then find out abot a HEALTHY diet you can follow but don't go down the aneroxic route.

OHH swimming that helps ALOT it works out your hole body my little bro swam the hole summer away last year he grew about 2 inches and lost 15 pound (took 3months and hes 15)

How tall are you? I think you are buying into body myth you see in the magazines and on TV
If you go anorexic you will ruin your intestines, your hair will fall out you will look ugly and starve yourself and die.
If you go bulimic you will lose your teeth look like a walking corpse smell bad and die.
Usually an eating disorder is caused when you feel so bad about yourself you do not want to take up room on the planet

I went through the same thing and finally found Weight Watchers it is not like you think where you have to buy there food they simply teach you how to eat healthy and since on WW I look great my hair and nails are long and strong and healthy. you should also really take advantage of PE and work out as hard as you can.

Fit is always sexier than skinny and starved.

To ask if you should be anorexic or bulimic AND request no rude comments is a bit pathetic.

Anorexia and Bulimia are illnesses that people really suffer from. They are not lifestyle choices.

Stop being such an idiot and making a mockery of those people who actually SUFFER from these conditions.

If you want to lose weight then you should eat slightly less calories than the calories you use up. At 130lbs you are not fat.

Grow up and concentrate on your school work instead of trying to give yourself an illness.The health service is overworked as it is and does not need idiots such as yourself deliberately giving themselves illnesses is an attempt to be trendy/attention seeking/whatever else.

Girl, you are beautiful. Don't say that you WANT to go anorexic. It's extremely hard to be on a diet, but if you want to lose weight, you should start eating Healthy, not less. Workout with friends, go on walks with your family. My mom always wanted to walk when I was your age, and I'm sure she would love your company. But above all, you are thirteen. You will grow into your body. I was NOT and attractive thirteen year old, but after high school, I grew into my body. I am 5' 3' and also 130 lbs. There are a few parts that could use some toning, but the main thing is that I don't totally stress about it all the time and I also accentuate the things that I love about my body like my legs. Maybe try that first. And if you are a Jesus Freak like your name says, you know what's important to Him and it's not your weight!

You've given yourself no good choices. I don't know how tall you are, but 130 is about an average weight for someone of average height...if you're taller, then it is on the thin side.

You are certainly not heavy enough to do harm to your body (which lasts and lasts, and I don't want to be overly dramatic, but if you go too far down the anorexia road, you could die...or end up in the hospital!). At age 13, you are old enough to know what healthy food is. Stay away from junk food and white bread and eat lean protein, fruits, vegetables, whole grain carbs, skim milk or nonfat yogurt.

Be sure and find an exercise routine you enjoy, and do BOTH cardio and strength training to build lean muscle. Lean muscle not only looks good, but it helps your body have a faster metabolism.

Anorexic people lose their lean tissue so that when they eat, they gain weight quickly because that's how bodies work. If you eat a healthy diet of between 1500 and 1600 calories and day and exercise, you'll develop a healthy body over time and you'll look great.
