stop taking oily and fatty things do some exercise regularly,
if you are taking any fruits, take it in empty stomach daily walking and drinking purified water in the empty stock early in the morning, proper and less diet. see you in a mirror after a month. your husband will think this is a new wife.

I can suggest you the following:
Start a diet - Winter diet is fine, but you can select another one you like
Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swim
Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

Dont take heavy food (like briyani and other oil food)
reduce taking Non-veg items
