Are you nuts! are you trying intentionally to harm your child??? Seriously I don' even understand why you would want your child to loss 10 pounds and be that skinny and sickly looking! Geez-- your suppossed to be supportive of your children and tell them there beautifull no matter what!!! Your daughter is not overweight at 105 lbs. Your setting her up to be anorexic and have psychological problems for her whole life! Tell her shes beautifull the way she is, lets start fostering some self esteem in our kids and maybe they would feel better about themselves! Poor kid.

Ok listen shes only 105 pounds and shes only 10. Look helping her workout on a steadfast routine could really damage her hormones, stunt her growth it could do alot of things. So here is the safest way to do this. Have your daughter lay off the soda, no more, put her on a strict water diet for step number one, juice every once in awhile. Number two get a lot of fiber into the diet it helps to move bowels quicker, and number three just run, the running will lose your weight for you, trust me I play semi pro football, this is the best way to do it without causing potential harm to your daughter.

even though im a 15 year old boy i have some advice. RUN RUN RUN its great cardio fat burning excersice. as for a diet. you don't need one just really watch you portions and drink stricly water. once you read the nutrition facts of a can of soda you will understand

Um... depending on how tall this girl is, her goal might be both unrealistic and unhealthy.
I am 5'9" and 125 pounds, and I am considered borderline underweight for my height, just to put it in perspective.

kids shouldnt be loosing weight ... you should be letting her grow out of it ( liek she'll grow taller) but if shes liek a teen get her a gym membershi[ and let her loose it a good way... a diet for a teen/ kid isnt healthy but 105 lbs doesnt seem fat to me

The best way is by eating healthy and exercising and stretching daily. Maybe if you show these good habits through demonstration it'll create a monkey see monkey do response. Be careful while guiding her to loose wait, its crucial that she doesn't become self conscious; keep reminding her of her beauty.

How old is your daughter? If she is younger than 10, than she may have a problem (but that all depends on height). If she's a teen, she is fine! However, I would suggest ABSOLUTELY NO SNACKING! Just her meals (just water with the meals would be best) are enough. You don't need snacks to survive. Just be kind to her. Weight for girls is a very, very hard subject. Don't push her or she may resort to something drastic to please you and others. Just have her exercise and you can play something with her. Make her more active. Just make it fun.

The best way is cardio and lots of it. Walks, running, hiking, jogging in place even. Use push ups and sit ups/cruches with leg raises and lunges. Ones diet must be adjusted as well though. High protien, low fat, low carbs.

Excercise.. A good hours walk every day. It will do wonders for weightloss and also improve cardio vascular fitness. Mind you 105 lbs is not fat. Also healthy foods like ceareals and grains and also salads aswell

The best way to loose the weight and stay at that weight is by eating right.
Eating right means 5 meals:
1 breakfast that can be cereal with fruits
1 mid morning snack (Fruits, yougurt)
1 Lunch, including vegetables, one portion of carbs and protein (meats)
1 mid afternoon snack. Fruits
1 Dinner, dinner cannot have carbs, the best way here is with vegetables, and protein.
Also very important, must drink water (8 glaseses), sodas does not count and should avoid them.
Exercise is important, 3 times a week, low impact, walk is better.
The body by itself will loose the body fat and it will mantain a healthy weight.
