FIRST THE BEST THING TO DO IS HAVE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUT NO DINNER. BECAUSE ITS HARDER FOR UR BODY TO BURN THE FAT AT THAT TIME. AND ALSO U NEED TO WORK OUT. AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WK FOR 45MIN.... ALSO TRY DOING THE PILLS . ALLI DET PILLS. THEY ARE GREAT IN 2MONTHS I HAVE LOST 17 POUNDS AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT ALOT... I WENT FROM 145 TO 128 . |

I'm starting to do the same thing, I realized that i snack when I'm bored or watching tv. The weight drops like that. Also, I don't run, I hate running, but climb stairs or walk around a bit and that also works. Also, stick to serving sizes. For breakfast I have been eating a piece of toast and a cup of nonfat yogurt, then for dinner i have a lean cuisine. You should try Lean Cuisine. Last night i had a 4 cheese pizza, 240 calories and 7 grams of fat, and it fills you up and tastes delicious! Good luck! |

You NEED to eat three meals a day. It keeps your metabolism up and working. I know you might not want to hear it but exercise and healthy eating is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Try doing some research on your BMI the main thing to lose weight would be calories in vs. calories out. Learning about food is the best way to get started. |

Whenever you skip meals your body starts into a stravation mode, thus wanting to maintain all the calories you eat vs burning them up. Try eating more often but less calories. So for example 6 small meals consisting of 200 - 300 calories. Example diet -- within an hour of waking up eat your oatmeal 9 am 2 oz of turkey, 5 strawberries 12 noon Salad with dressing, 3 oz of meat, a starch and a veg 3 pm 3 oz of meat, vegetable 6 pm 4 oz of meat, vegetable, salad 9 pm 2 oz of meat and a fruit This will increase your metabolism and keep your body from storing. Increase your water intake to 100 oz throughout the day. Good luck and let us know how you are doing. |

I recommend weight training. There's no need to go to the gym and there's definitely no need to pay for one of the crapest sites ever made. Don't skip meals, whatever you do and whenever you want a drink, ALWAYS drink WATER. I know it sounds horrible and I'm not saying that you have a lot of excess fat but water does flush fat out of the body. For snacks, try to eat something healthy such as a sandwhich with lettuce and tomatoes and cheese. Also, make sure you use brown bread. That's the diet. Over the training, if you're not particularly "toning mad" or fitter than anyone else, don't worry. Simple things like 5 push ups a day will do the trick. Working on the triceps, put your hands closer together when doing pushups and when working on the shoulders, move them further away. Also, do some sit-ups. Even if you can't do one, try. One a day is far better than none a day and even if you feel like a fat tub of lard, you know that soon you'll be slimmer. One sit up a day for say a week (if you can't do many) and then the next week do 3 etc. If you can do five or more, then do that and increase it every 2 weeks and do it EVERYDAY. EVERYDAY eating healthier and doing excercise is the best way to lose weight (trust me my sister did it and she's a comfortable size 10, she used to be size 18 and it took her 3 months). Even though I say it's a long time, it goes by so quickly and given the time, you'll lose the weight. Good luck. |

Try exercising or maybe even enroll in this weight loss club. I had this teacher who wanted to lose a lot of weight. It was near the summer at the time and the teacher told us that he was going to lose 50 pounds over the summer! We didn't think he could do it. But he did. Here's what he did: 1. Find out how many calories you are supposed to consume every day. 2. Follow that calorie diet and try to keep a log consisting of the name of the food and the amount of calories and fat which includes unsaturated and saturated. 3. At the end of the day you should add up all the fat and calories you have consumed on that day. 4. Join a weight loss gym or club (optional) 5. Excercise their for about an hour every time you go there.(if you follow step number four) 6. Excercise at home if you can't go there for as much as possible (at least 30 minutes) |

HI when you deprive the body of food your body is a smart machine it will store the fat because it is being deprived If you want to lose weight go about it the right way eat sensibly I walk 3 to 5 miles 4 times a week and aerobics 3 times a week I have learned to eat the right foods you can eat foods less in fat and still enjoy eating weight is not an over night fix i have learned i used to think that a crash diet was all i needed but in fact it is not I'm 47 and 5 months ago i was almost 180 I'm 5'2 i started to drink alot of water http://www.inch-aweigh.com/water.html and eat right it is healthy to lose 2 pounds a week you are more likely to keep the weight off if you do it sensibly i now weigh 149 and still working towards my goal of 125 you can do it also but never deprive your body of fuel it is vital to your organs to have food to run the proper way I wish you luck and i know you can do it go get um girlllllllll |

Oftentimes, after dieting for a little while, your wieght loss progress will stop. This means you need to add a little exercise in the mix. Take a brisk walk around your neighborhood. Dont consider it exercise, try to think of it as "Quiet reflection time" You dont need to join a gym and hire a personal trainer for this one. |

No, its not efficient. You need to be eating. If anything, your going to gain weight by doing this. Your body will think it's not going to eat again, and start storing fat cells, rather than burning them off. You need to eat 5 small meals during the day, about every 3 hours. As soon as you get off the "diet" that your trying, your going to gain your weight right back anyways... you need to eat. |

You need to eat consistently throughout the day to maintain an even blood sugar level. Concentrate on small meals and eat 5-6 times a day. There are tons and tons of foods you can eat that are good for you and you'll lose weight. Think fruit, veggies, lean protein items such as chicken, whole grain foods such as cereal and breads. And move and drink lots of water. What you are doing is starving your body and your body will go into starvation mode where it holds on to each and every calorie you put in it and you will have an even harder time losing. Remember, it is NOT about dieting, it is about changing your lifestyle and living with an eating plan that makes you happy. |

drink a lot of water, and exercise, eat a protein bar or something in the middle of the day, doesn't have to be a big lunch or anything, but going that long before any food (between breakfast and dinner) is not good, your body starts to store what fat is there. |

You are eating healthy but I would incorporate some physical activity to speed up the shedding of pounds. |

It is better to eat 4-5 times per day. Do not skip meals. Eat salad or fruits, but eat. Otherwise your metabolism slows down. You can read more about eating here www best-fat-burn-strategies com/eating.htm |

Working out is always the best way to lose weight in my mind. It allows you to maintain a near-normal diet (as long as the diet is mostly healthy). Running would be my first suggestion. Swimming works really well too. |

Hi ALicia! It is very important to have Breakfast. to eat all meals and have snacks. the more you eat the more you will loose. see a trainer and measure your body fat and talk to someone about your weight issues. walking and using a gym helps too. But like anything it is work. nothing comes easy. good luck!!! |

No! that is one of the worst diets i've ever heard of! your not eating enough! you're starving yourself. in return you're metabolism is slowing down which means your going to stop losing weight. Eat six small meals a day! oatmeal is good for breakfast, then a mid morning snack of veggies, then lunch try a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with an apple and a water, and then a mid afternoon snack of humus and peta bread, then dinner (at around five) of chicken. then around 7 have a fruit smoothie. AND just so you know if you continue to eat that way you wont be able to keep it up forever. My bet is you'll gain all the weight you lose from your "diet" back pluse an extra 4lbs! |

it's usually better to eat 5 small meals instead of two big ones (I've never tried it, but since you're only eating twice, it's slowing your metabolism) Drink water and have a few of those healthy foods (fruit) throughout the day, should keep your metabolism up |
