That depends on you. Do you feel good at this weight? You could weigh this much and be ripped, beatiful, and so over excercised that you do not get you period any more, or you could be a little plump, but comfortorable. You are most likely not obese.
The weight charts show you should be no less than 115 and not more than 152.

Fat....NO. A little heavier than some other girls in your class, perhaps, but thinner than others. You're only 14. MANY kids put on a little just before a growth spurt and girls grow until they are 15 or 16, so don't panic! This could just be you...getting ready to grow. Don't put that kind of pressure on yourself. It's really senseless to do that because you're not even finished growing yet.

No, dont lose anything. You're growing great. If you worry about it now and get all skinny then later you'll regret it. Skinny chicks arent all that hot anyway, they're no different than little boys.

It depends on your actually body composition, you cant just go by your BMI (a comparison of your height and weight). If you have a lot of lean mass there is not a lot that you can do and still be healthy, but if you find that your body has an excess of fatty tissues you owe it to yourself to increase your exercise and eat better quality foods. Personally i don't believe in dieting but in just educating yourself about food, nutrition and fitness. Seriously 130 could be very cute depending on how you carry it.

maybe 10lbs.. but it depends on how comfortable you are with your body. There are other girls/teenagers/woman who weighs more than you.. but still feels sexy for herself. its all about how you carry yourself girl!!
I think, an "overweight" is when bulges starts to acummulate in your body structure and you feel so heavy that you can't do what you want to do becoz you easily get tired... I want to warn you too... Skinny Girls Are not Sexy at all. Opposite Sex prefers those with "Curves" and thin females don't have those..

french fry, without a picture it's impossible to really tell. You could be growing rapidly for your age, you could have muscle mass. You have to answer this question for yourself. Are you short of breath? When you grab at your body, do you feel like there's a lot of fluid or fat? Do you exercise? If you feel like you want to get into better shape, I would join a school team or two. Track, basketball, volleyball (a good starter if you haven't worked out in a long time), softball, football ect ect.. If you're not really into that, try swimming or hiking.

No it is not fat and if you just cut back on junk food and eat more vegetables and fruits that are cooked so that they are health then you will be just fine. It may be hard but just stick with it.

it depends of what you are composed of. if you are 130 pounds of fat then yeah, but if its mostly muscle then no, you would be pretty healthy.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure you should be listening to most of these people. Your BMI is 23.0. Healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. If you wanted to you could lose a little weight, but it most certainly isn't necessary. You're still growing, don't worry.

14 is too young to really decide this. It depends on how you are proportioned, how much muscle mass (as muscle weighs more than fat), etc.
At 14, both genders are still growing. My suggestion is to eat healthy, well balanced meals, with moderate daily exercise.

girl no when i was 15 i was 190 and i was happy to be that size b/c all these other girls was going crazy about there weight and i wasn't and since i didn't let that get to me by the time i got to high school i was 150 I'm not that size anymore but just don't let it get and don't let those stupid kid get to you

If you want to lose weight then it's your decision, but don't do it because you think you're fat, because you're not.
Make a goal to eat healthier instead of JUST trying to lose weight. Don't put "unnecessary" pressure on yourself at your age.
