Honestly that is an good size but the question shouldn't be is that to fat for a woman it should be rather or not your happy... To ask a person a question about you weight should be the last thing you think be happy with yourself not worry about what this world idea about being skinny or fat...

No. I'm 5' 10" and weigh 115 lbs, but I'm super skinny and have barely any muscles. Look at what's causing the weight; if it's muscles, you're perfect. If it's not muscle, it simply means that you're not tiny, but simply healthy. 139 lbs is not something to freak out about.

of course not, especially if you are fit. i work out and have a lot of muscle I am 5"7 weigh 130lbs, muscle weighs more than fat. You are in a good weight range, whether you have muscle or not. Okay I just caughtt that, 193 yes you are way to big.

Its not the weight that makes you fat. You should test your body composition before asking if your fat. You are really tall and thats a bonus to more muscle. You see most of your weight is probably muscle at the moment thats good. 16-33% body fat is a good thing for women, anything lower and you can no longer have babies. Now if you think you weight a little bit off you should try eating a helathier diet, such as protiens, carbs, and fruits and veggies. I will explain why. You should always exercise, exercise equals more mscle more muscle equals bigger calorie burn, and you body burns fats for calories (energy) now carbs are stored mainly as energy if you eat a lot of carbs you will likely have more energy than the person who eats salads all day. Use that energy run run run run run. You will burn fat and build sexy leg muscles, a huge bonus if you ask me. You should also try to eat fruits and veggies, iron is good for the blood so good blood means better oxegygen intake which means better runs. Vitimens help eyesight and alertness. All these play a big role on your health. You should also try conditioning methods if you think runs are to simple for you.
