You're doing pretty good by only eating 100 calories a day. Starting on Monday and ending on Saturday don't eat any fried or greasy hamburgers and fries. And absolutely do NOT eat at Mcdonalds. There's stuff about that place that you don't want to know. It's very unhealthy. That's why you see large people walk into that place. Try eating more fruits and vegetables and try to work out for an hour daily.
Hope this helps!
Good luck!

No less than 1,200 calories a day. Less than that, you are starving and your body shuts down. It will hold on to all stored calories a fat to protect your vital organs.
Exercise. Exercise, exercise, exercise. If you don't get out and walk briskly for an hour every day, you won't lose very much weight--even if you are eating all the right things and the right portions.

a hundred calories just isn't enough for your body to get through the day and maintain a healthy body. 2,000 calories a day is great if you can do that. 1,500 is even better. I lost almost 30 pounds in a month by staying at 1,500 calories a day. I would eat a special k bar for breakfast and lean cuisine's for lunch and dinner. Buy foods that are low in calories and stay away from pop and sugary foods. Always eat 3 meals a day but eat light. Olive oil is better to cook with than any other oil, its also very flavorful. Be sure and drink lots off water that's what gets the fat that you lose out of your body.
GOOD LUCK! HOPE I HELPED!

NO. How many calories someone needs in a day depends on a lot of things like their sex, metabolism, weight loss/gain goals. However, just for basic body functions, most adults need to eat AT LEAST 1200 calories a day. What you are doing now is causing your body to go into starvation mode, so your body is slowing down your metabolism and storing any fat you consume to preserve energy.

WHAT?! TOO MUCH? way too little, even when dieting you need AT LEAST 1000 calories. Between 1100-1500 is what you should try and go for. If you are "very large" try cutting what you normally eat in 3/4, and then after 2-3 weeks cut it in half. Make sure to eat healthy things, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. DON'T FORGET CARDIO! 20 minutes of walking a day.

If you are trying to go 100 calories a day that is going to be VERY hard. Dont start out so drastic. Go easy on yourself and then gradually get stricter.
Best Wishes!

100 calories a day is NOT sufficient. Your body will go into a starvation mode and as soon as you stop dieting, all the weight will come back even more. The best way is to never eat more than the size of your fist at a time. Eat more often if you need to but not more than a fist. Then exercise as much as you can. Bicycle, swim, go for walks, run whatever you like to do. But you absolutely MUST see your doctor FIRST prior, and ask his/her advice and if you should have any limitations. DOCTOR FIRST

Do not starve yourself. If you can not lose weight when you try you may have a heath problem. The most common is a Hypothyroid, which is manageable with medicine. You should see your doctor.

I really hope that was a typo! even a todler needs more than that. Try this sight. http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm
One trick is to drink alot of water. 8 cups a day is the minimum you should drink but you shouldn't drink more than 14. Water not only decreases your appitite but hydrated people have a-25% faster matabolism on average.

NO WAY!!!!!! Actually, it is MUCH too little! People need at least 1000-2000 calories a day! If you only eat one hundreed calories a day, then your body will put itself into starvation mode, and you will not lose weight, you will only stay the same, if not gain; so all you have to do is eat a balanced diet. Calories are not the worst thing out there for you. Just watch out for extra carbs and sugars. Try to find one food you like a lot that is healthy for you, and make sure you eat it every time you have a craving for "junk food"; if you are conserned about your weight. Another thing, I hope you are trying to lose weight for the right reasons. :)

To lose weight you must not only cut calories but you should move -- that includes walking around the block, swimming at your local Y or whatever. 100 calories a day isn't enough to sustain you. You wouldn't want to cut all your calories at once anyway -- you have to cut back sensibly. Try your local Weight Watchers or their website at WeightWatchers.com. They have LOTS of free recipes and suggestions. Good luck on your weight loss.

have a look at www.calorieking.com.au. You put your weight, height etc in and it will give you your BMI (body mass index) and tell you how many calories etc you need to consume and how much exercise to do to lose weight. It has recipes and tips and stuff and a food diary where you put in what you eat each day and it tells you how many calories are in it so you can control things better. My husband has been doing what it says (to the letter) for 12 weeks (as well as exercise) and he has dropped 25 kg and is now halfway to reaching his goal.

You need to speak to your doctor about proper nutrition if you're very large. 100 calories a day isn't realistic and you'll get sick if you think you can eat that little. I'm currently losing weight and I eat around 1,200 calories a day while I exercise for 30 minutes each day. Do you know what finally made me do it? I was tired of being overweight and my clothes fitting tight. I had enough. It's hard work and I absolutely hate exercising, but it's working. I've lost 25 pounds so far and I'm not done yet. You have to have the determination to do this and know that it's not going to happen overnight. Good luck.

You should talk to a pro. You cannot survive on 100 cal per day. Ask your doctor or a nutritionist.

Please, please, please don't eat that little. That's called anorexia, a very serious disease that can cause very serious health problems. Plus, by eating that little, you'll reset you metabolism to "starvation" mode such that, when you finally eat normally, you won't be able lose weight because your body is saving energy for more starvation. By the way, 100 calories is a small bowl of cereal with skim milk, no sugar, or 2/3 of a can of Coke.
Why not try adding healthy behaviors into your lifestyle bit by bit? Try, say, walking 20 minutes a day one week. The next, cut out soda or surgery snacks and continue to walk. You don't have to do it all at once. If you do, you're bound to fail.

100 calories is not enough. Generally your calorie intake is based on your height and weight. If you speak to a dietician he/she will tell you how to better your intake of calories.

No, its actually not enough. You need to have at least 1300 calories. I recommend you eat 5 times a day and A LOT of WATER. Eat a nice breakfast like a glass of low fat milk, one egg and toast, then a few hours later have some kind of fruit. Then a small healthy lunch. a few hours later another fruit snack or low fat yogurt. Then a light dinner and then a snack.... WALK!!!! that helps A LOT TOO!!! EAT GOOD, DRINK A LOT OF WATER, AND EXERCISE!!!
