Whatever you do dont diet or force yourself to puke there are people that can help you. Like ask your mom to go to a pediatritian and ask for her advice please dont ask these questions on the internet and dont believe anything bad like starve yourself for a whoe day truth is that is what really makes you gain weight. Just eat health and do lots of activities and see a pediatrition.

your not that bad off. start by walking 30 min a day. not an easy stroll in the park but fast walking, if you break a sweat you've done your job. Try to avoid eating after 6 pm I know its hard. Eat smaller meals more often. Find a friend who supports you and workout together. You're more likely to succeed with help.

thats not overweight! ur not skinny but ur deff not fat! im 5'5" and im like 135 so ur probably average like me, however i am 16 years old

but to get in shape (like i probably should) u HAVE to do cardio and aerobic workouts to lose fat. this includes running, jump roping, etc. also in ur workouts, you should excersise using ur own body, like pushups, crunches, that sort of thing. that way, when u lose that excess fat, ur toned muscles will shine through and ull look fabulous!!

i like how i can give u this advice when i dont even follow it. but good luck and stick with it!! if u get frusterated with not seeing results, convert that anger into energy and work out some more!! there is no other way!

Age and height aren't the ONLY factors in a healthy weight. Have you talked to your doctor about your weight? Have they told you that you should think about losing some weight? If they think you're healthy, you are. Some people are built differently, so make sure you talk to a doctor before you start losing weight, especially at 13 years old.

Replacing candy with healthy snacks like fruits, which are still sweet(!), can be a really good way to get healthier. Cut out all fast foods, too. :}

well im about 5'4'' and i weigh 110. I think im the right size. so what i would recomend is eating healthier, exercising: simple situps, walking, jogging, anything helps. if you eat a lot of snacks during the day, try to focus on the main meals. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
and definatly dont skip breakfast. it helps you loose weight if youe eat a small breakfast. it gets your metabolism going.

just stick to a healthy diet and exercise frequently. try and cut back on fatty foods and foods with lots of carbs like ur bread rice n pasta. even dancing helps you lose weight so get your music on and start dancing around your bedroom! its fun :)

Lol, not *over weight*. Eat a grape fruit every morning, I must warn you that it is very tart, so put sugar on it. If you don't like to work out, well that's too bad, I'm going to show you the most perfect workout ever. That does not sound overweight...at all. There is difference between healthy and overweight....I would reevaluate you personal view of your own body weight.....do you feel this way because your doctor said so.... because of what you see on t.v. or what your friends look like. Sounds like a regular old esteem issue....try feeling beautiful every once in a while.

one thing i can say is eat better you are still young and you have time to lose weight join a sports team or sumthing but you might not even be over weight it might just be baby fat its all ok it took me forever to lose my baby fat

Ok #1 130 really isn't that over weight. Part of the weight is because of your height. So don't worry about it. i'm 5'6" and thats how much i weigh. Its seriously no problem. And dont go all anorexic or anything just cause you think you're fat! your the farthest thing from fat. Dont worry. If you want run on the tredmill or around the block every day

-roller blade or bike places
-go swimming, especially since its summer
-buy a fitness dvd to follow at home
-if you have a dog, take it on a walk everyday

NUTRITION
-eat lots of fruits and veggies that are rich in fiber
-cut back on soda and drink lots of water
-rather than eating 3 huge meals, eat 5-6 tiny meals throughout the day

well, every time i come across these questions i show them where the BMI scale says they should be, but you're thirteen years old so that doesn't apply to you. but if you WERE fully grown and 5'4" you would have had to weigh anywhere between 110 and 145 lbs. So you're perfectly healthy.

I DO know, though, that body types vary and some people may not be as healthy in the same weight as others. But since you're so young, don't risk diets because they can do more harm than good to a young teen and actually cause you to GAIN weight in the long run. Make sure you eat three meals a day, and that those meals are packed with nutrients to help you grow taller (but not wider) and stay very active.

Keep a food journal.

Make sure that you eat under 1100 calories a day.

Try to cut down on junk food.

For example, if you like ice cream, try eating frozen yogurt. It tastes the same and it is much less fattening.

The food diary really works. My friend lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!

Find a good diet an stay on it. Work out as much as u can.if that isn workin the way u want it to there is a diet pill called Nanoslim. its a really tiny pill, just take it once a day follow the work out they give u. u will loose weight fast.

Actually, you're not overweight. A healthy weight is based on height, age, body type, and muscle mass. I'd bet that you're right where you need to be for your combination.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month.
