you are skin and bones.
come to my house. we can fatten you up in a week's time with some good ole home cookin soul food. you'll get fat off of my corn bread alone. nowadays men dont want any bones. my dog doesnt even wanna bone.

Your BMI is fine, so the answer is no you aren't overweight. The question is, are you in shape. A basic BMI only takes your height and weight into account. Muscle weighs more than fat. I have seen some very low weight people, that jiggled in all the wrong places and had tummy rolls. Muscle tone, strength and definition, coupled with good cardiovascular endurance, need to be factored in with your BMI. I am a personal trainer and I dislike the BMI standards for that very reason.

Most likely no. On the BMI you are considered in a good range. It really depends on if you are in shape and what types of fat you have. Just in the tummy there are 4 different sources of fat.

No but you still have to chek on you colesterol level, some people think that jost because you ara fat you have bad colesterol, there is some people that think just because they look good they dont have bad colesterol, i was one of them untill i chek it with a doctor, i did a general blod test and this way you can know if you are at risk or if you allredy have bad colesterol, you shut chek your blod at least once a year.

You must be my twin, because I am exactly that size.
No, I'm not fat. I do wish my stomach was a little flatter and I was a little taller, but all my friends say that I'm a good height and all my friends say that I'm a good weight. I'm confident in myself, and you, my twin, should be confident too!
Everybody says that I look great.
But in order to keep that you need to dress right. Avoid horizontal stripes and small flowery patterns.

naww. dats not fat im bout 5'2 too. trust me i've seen some ppl bout our height and their like 130 but are pretty slim. So aint got notin to worry bout. u good!

* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

NO YOU ARE NOT FAT! Body mass index (BMI) tells you how big you are. Under 25 is good, while less than 19 is too skinny and must be referred to a doctor. The military calculates BMI in the following formula:

weight in pounds x 703 / (height in inches x height in inches)

According to this formula your BMI is 21.94, which is very good.

Maintain your weight by eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly.

No!!! But who cares, anyway?? Nobody likes a person that's 'too' thin! I personally love a woman that's a lil thick. I'd break a stick. ha ha ha. If you don't like the way you look, however, cardio is the best way to tighten up quick, but you must keep up with it. don't just do it for a week, and give up. Don't give up, and you'll have the figure you want. Remember, if you think you look better, you actually DO look better. Confidence is the key.

That's a very healthy weight for your height. You have a BMI of 21.9, which is quite low. Overweight is having a BMI of 25 or higher. You would have to weigh about 140 pounds before being considered overweight.

I dont know about being fat but if you are 120 you sure are old. Not really I know you mean pound wise. Every ones body is different. If you have a small bone frame and not very muscular then 120 could be considered chunky. But if you have a large bone frame and are slightly muscular even though rather short 120 would be perfect. bones and muscles weigh more than fat does. I am 5' 5" and wear a size 7. Well 7 in pants because due to breast size size 7 dresses just wont close in front . ANyway I am far from fat and do my best to stay in shape and keep fat off yet I weigh 135 to 140 pounds. The scale says that I should be pretty chunky but yet I am not. My weight like the doc told me is due to bone mass and muscle and is evenly distributed. He told me if I wanted to be lighter weight wise would require me to allow my body to eat away at the muscle and that is something that no one wants or should let happen to thier bodies. Your best thing to do is to go to your doctor and let him or her determine if you have body fat or if your weight is normal for your framework. The scale is not what determines if you are fat. Now if you can pinch more than an inch from any part of your body then you do have alittle bit of fat that can be burnt off. If not dont trip on what the scale tells you.
