Keep starving yourself and your going to start killing yourself, the success to a healthy diet is right nutrition and excercise, freaky skinny people are cool, it's physical fitness you want to go after.

if you starve yourself, your body feels like your not going to get any more food so it stores fat...so when you eat again you just as big as before...so just eat 3 times a day no desserts and exercise a couple times a week

no. actuaLLY IT MAKES U FATTER. wen u don eat for a long time ur tellin ur body that ur on survive mode, like if u get stranded in the jungle or sumthing? so ur mind slows down ur metabolism and stores in the fat. if u eat just a slice of cheese a day, ull get fat cuz ur boy will store it instead of burning it

NEVER starve yourself to lose weight.

eat healthy and exercise is the best diet there is.

Also appearance by how thin or how much weight you lose is not idyllic, not everyone can be a waif and not everyone can look beautiful while maintaining a semi malnourished form. If you're still on a mission to lose pounds cut carbs from your diet. No bread, no rice, no pastries, no pasta and definitely no potato. If you do want to eat those then eat them in smaller portions and perhaps early in the day so you have the whole day to burn off those calories. I hope you find a healthy way of getting what you want.

No! Don't you dare starve yourself! Four pounds is quite a lot to loose, people who see you on a regular basis wont notice the change as much which is probably why people didn't comment on it. If you really must diet, make sure you choose a sensible one and not some fad diet. The low GI diet is supposed to be a good option and generally approved of by dieticians.

Combine it with some excercise, like jogging or swimming about three times a week and you should see weight loss at a sensible rate but please make sure you really do need to loose weight. So many people think they need to when they are (as I'm sure you are) perfect anyway

Actually, by starving yourself, you are only gaining weight. When you do manage to eat something, your stomach holds onto that food because its so used to not having any. Just eat healthy, watch your carbs, and continue to be as pretty as we all know you are.

do you want other people to notice you or are you doing it for yourself?? starving will not work. if your body doesn't get food for awhile and then finally does it stores everything as fat cause it doesn't know when it will get more food. just be conscience of what your eating and make sure it is healthy

eat fish salad fruits and vegetables
3 meals a day, consistiency helps maitain the weight you want.... you cant starve yourself forever
stay away from lots of bread & pastas & sweets

That's the WORST thing you can do to lose weight. It's sooo unhealthy. What you need to do is exercise routinely... 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise or 20 minutes a day of aerobic exercise. You need also need to start eating healthier foods, like vegetables and eating breakfast. You actually lose weight when you eat breakfast. I think you should go to the library and read Fit or Fat by Covert Bailey... It's very helpful. If you don't feel comfortable checking it out or taking it home...Curl up in a chair in the library and read it there. My brother has some issues with his weight, so he talked to his doctor and got a plan of how to lose weight in a healthy manner. I really hope that you don't continue starving yourself!!!!!

don't starve yourself!!!!! the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise...the results may not be immediate, but starving yourself is unhealthy and can lead to ketosis (when your body starts eating itself because there aren't enough nutrients being ingested). if you don't think you're able to stop starving yourself, talk to a doctor, friend, or someone else you feel close enough to tell.

Avoid heavy fatty foods. Run about an hour a day...intensive cardio, i noticed makes me look trimmer.

if you do that, your body with lose alot of vitamins and when you eat, it will go strait to fat. plus you'll get skinny, but you'll look like a sickly skinny.

just avoid meat and dairy. fish is okay. doctors say its good, but the first doctors smoked and didn't know things.(now doctores are smart)but eating dead things wint healp. Exersize daily
