yes as a matter of fact you should feel and or see results in as little as 2 weeks or a little sooner.BUT YOU HAVE TO ALSO WATCH WHAT YOU EAT because if your caloric intake is greater than your work out you are spinning your wheels

Probably better to build up more slowly, set weekly or forth-nightly goals. Doing the same exercises week in week out and you'll probably get bored and give up eventually. However any exercise carried out frequently will bring results.

Results happen during your resting period.
Work out 3 days on, then 2 days off.
The muscle builds itself up when the muscles are resting.
When you excercise the muscles tear, when you relax they build themselves back up and larger if they were worked out.

yesssss! believe me I know. With calf raises, you will see the fastest results. Crunches will power up your abs and your obliques. Pushups will create the tone. You'll start seeing results in like 1 to 2 weeks. Good luck.

You need to up it by another 100 a day for each not all at once but during the day.
If your looking for the ultimate ab routine, this is the routine that will help give you the six or eight pack that your looking for.
Items Needed
The following items needed for this routine include an ab roller and preferably ten minutes a day.
Instructions
First lay flat on the floor with your head on the head rest of the ab roller, then slowly semi crunch for 300 reps.
Then you will put your feat straight up in the air with your lower back laying flat on the floor, with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller.
While positioned this way you will then proceed to do 300 reps which will work the lower abs.
You will then turn on your right side with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller and do 300 reps. Then you will lay on your opposite side repeating the process you have performed on your right side, repeating the same amount of reps.
You will need to do this every day for a total of ten minutes a day for about six to eight weeks.

I think you should maybe do a little research more on the net, but you should see some sort of results providing you are using relevant machines and equipment correctly and doing the correct ranges of motion. Also eat correctly too, eat protein after an intense excercise and ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO DO EACH SET TO COMPLETE FAILURE!!!

It generally takes 6 weeks to see results from exercising. But remember- don't burn yourself out. Start out moderately and increase the level of exercise every few days and I promise you will see results.

yes, but not as great as you want. you need to do different exercises everyday to push your body. if you do the same thing over and over again your body will get so used to it, it'll be like nothing. so start small and work your way up. mix it up a bit!
you can try do as many crunches in 20 minutes. take a break and then do as many pushups in another 20.

pushups, yes, crunches not much, calf raises no.
the more repetitions you do for a workout defines and tones muscles, I think your chest would become defined with 100 reps of push ups, your abs might be better off with 200 or more and for calf raises you might need to add weight because yout calfs are used to your own body weight day by day
