True story i lost 20 lbs or so over the summer but I was really motivated and i don't know if you would do what I did, but i'll tell you waht i did.
I cut all sodas and fruit drinks out and drank nuthin but water all the time. I always ate healthy.(im sure u know whats healthy and whats not)
but the key that made me lose all the weight was that I ran every day. I pretty much acted how u'd see a 3 year old acting always running, playing sports at the gym and outside with people. Football, Basketball, Soccer. you name it i did it. and for the days that I couldn't do sports a went outside and ran in teh afternoon, not like fast or anythign sometimes i was near walking speed but kept jogging. Dont ever stop jogging and keep urself mentally strong. you really wont notice teh change as its happening but after a month or of doing it if someone new see's u there gonna be like WHOAAA!! haha Good Luck!

That is definitely possible, but you would have to eat right and exercise like 6 times a week for about an hour and a half a day. 45 min Cardio and 45 min Weight training. If you did that, you would lose approximately 10- 15 pounds a month.

I would imagine its possible, but it can also be potentially dangerous. If you have near a normal weight, more than 2-3 lbs a weeks can be hazardous to y our health. Also, if you lose so much weight so quickly, your body will retain the excess skin due to the quickness of the loss of weight. Heavy set people can lose more weight quickly because there is so much excess fat the the body doesn't need.

That's about 3 1/2 pounds per week. That is perfectly healthy. I don't know what people are freaking about.
Start by drinking only water. Never drink your calories.
Then eat raw veggies everyday and some fruits.
Add lean protein and pay attention to how it's cooked. Don't fry, only boil or bake. Have boiled chicken breast or poached egg whites. Cut out breads, pasta and rice.
Make exercise goals, like to run for ten minutes, do ten push ups or whatever you want to accomplish and work everyday towards getting there.

You could lose 30 pounds in 60 days if you are really heavy to start with. 2 lbs a week is a reasonable goal for people that aren't really, really heavy. Start exercising - work your way up to walking 30-60 minutes a day. If you are out of shape you may want to start by just going around the block, then add more as you get stronger. Cut out sugar, candy, soda pop, fatty snacks, potato chips, etc. Eat lean meat, fruit and veggies. Drink lots of water. The more you exercise the more you will lose. Good luck.

This man lost 40lbs in one month so i don't see how you can't lose 30 in 2 months. It take dedication and focus and committment.

I would suggest, from past experience, the Change One diet. It was created by Reader's Digest, and I can tell you --- it works!
You can use the website www.changeone.com, or just buy the book at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/103-8558756-1895814?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=change+one
The plan is a great way to make little changes gradually, but see great results relatively quickly. For the first week, you focus on breakfast and breakfast only. If you aren't eating breakfast, you start. There are great guidelines to follow, but nothing is measured. Portions are controlled with everyday images, like "2 golfballs worth of raisins", or "a deck of card-size piece of chicken".
While you work on breakfast, you eat the rest of the day like you normally would. You could start some exercise, if you wanted to, but it isn't necessary. That will come later.
Week 2 is all about Lunch. Week 3 is Snacks/Desserts and Week 4 is about Dinner. So in 4 weeks, you have learned to eat sensible portions and slowly taken control over your habits.
Then, beginning with Week 5, you start looking at things like Dining Out, family gatherings, excercise... Each week is devoted to a specific topic (and I can't remember them all).
When I started it about 2 years ago, I weighed 350. In 3 months, I had lost 85 pounds, and was running (that's right, running, not walking) 3 miles at lunch every day. I felt the best I had ever felt.
Check it out. It works!
(And no, I will not get any kickbacks...)

No. It's not possible. All you will lose is water weight, and shedding fat takes a long time because the lipid chains are hard to break apart. It takes much work to break those fat cells. You need to start by eliminating as much saturated fats as possible in your diet. Eat healthier foods and you know what those are if you check out some books.
However, the most important thing of all:
Eat slowly during meals, make sure after eating you can stand up and not feel too bloated. Eat small proportioned meals.
Exercise regularly.
Losing fat is a long process and the recommended rate of weight loss is 1-3 lb per week.
The most important thing is changing your habit!
That's all!

30 lbs in 3 days is too fast. Sorry. I went on the adkins diet. I lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks. I ended up almost passed out once or twice because of how unhealthy the diet ended up being. when I stopped the diet (because of the passing out part lol) I ended up gaining 60 back. So be very careful!

A lot of willpower is needed, and few can do it without somehow breathin down their neck to keep going but wrestlers that come from football season do it all the time. Any sweets gone, try not to go fast food but anything else is fine cuz youll need energy to workout.
A fullbody workout is always best(like wrestling) but run sprints, try a 2 mile run on a track sprinting the straights and jogging the curves. That once a day is a good thing and combine it with every kind of ab workout u can get a hold of. if u can laugh pain free the next day, u didnt work hard enough. rest only on sundays
this is only a small portion of things u should do, but itll get u on track, but it should help. also, try setting goals. like 4 pounds per week and ull be set. its extremely possible, the only reason y u dont see people doing it all the time. laziness and lack of willpower, theres no other excuse

Possible but not healthy. Not to mention, whatever technique you find that will make you lose this much weight this quick, can easily and quickly be put back on. Exercise, diet and don't starve yourself because this will only make you look stupid because the moment you decide to eat it will come right back

Yeah, I suppose it's possible, but probably not too healthy. Shoot for 1 or 2 pounds a week. That's a more realistic, healthy goal, and if you lose it gradually you're probably more inclined to keep it off because you've made changes in your diet or exercise program that you can live with forever.

Start with smaller portions of food and healthy nutritius food.
You should also work out pretty often. Do not try to starve yourself... it is not worth it. you will get so hungry and then just blow it. and remember do not concider it as a diet... concider it as a lifestyle.

Multiply your weight by 13. That is how many calories you need to eat a day. Only eat healthy foods. Do a cardio workout 2 times a day. Do 20 minutes of brisk walking 3 times a week. The other 2 days take a breather but still eat healthy. Every week subtract 25 calories from your diet.

if you buy nutrisystem.
Also, if you cut 500 calories a day, you can lose a pound a week, and walking an hour burns 300 calories, while playing all the games on wii sports in one go burns 75-125 calories. good luck!

Hmmm I don't think that is possible. For sure not in a healthy way... and maybe not even in an unhealthy way. The best way to lose weight would be to set a goal that is more easily obtainable... say 2 lbs a week. Good luck!

First of all, set a lower goal. Like 15 lbs. Do a routine of crunches, situps, jumping jacks, push-ups, and more crunches. Eat healthier, not less. And just excersize, take a jog every morning? Something like that. Or dance like an idiot to fast music ;D

It depends upon how much overweight you are. They say you can safely lose 2 pounds a week which is about 15 pounds in 2 months. On the biggest loser they lose a lot in the first couple of weeks, then it tends to slow down some.

60 days? That's roughly about 8 weeks or nearly 2 months.
It's probably possible.
But not healthy unless you're very obese or something.

Well you can start by not trying to lose it so fast. Slow weight loss is much easier to keep off than fast weight loss. The faster you lose it the faster you gain it back. Go for 1-2 pounds a week and dont focus on 30 pounds in 60 days.
