Ok, you need to not eat any processed foods, sugar, and little carbs.. No candy, cakes, treats.
For breakfast eat 2 eggs (however you like them), fresh, no preservative, all natural, not frozen sausage, and yogurt.
At lunch eat a salad, with a sandwhich and fruit. All natural p.butter, all natural jelly, on wheat bread. Or a turkey and cheese sandwich. Apple, banana, straw, cherry, watermelon, as much as you want.
Dinner eat fresh, no prcessed meat. Fish, chicken, lamb, pork. But some additive free seasonings to dress it up. Also eat steamed (<----important) fresh or frozen veggies. No canned! Squash, broc, carrots. Dress them with cheese or seasonings.
Latet night dessert is fruit and yogurt. As much as you want.
Take a Multivitamin. Drink lowfat milk or water. No juice.
Try to be active. Play some kickball, baseball, take the dog for a walk etc.
Its not easy being skinny or healthy. Good luck. Good eating and healthy living start now.

Stay consistent and you'll lose the weight by then and look super good.
First off food:
-No soda, no snacks, and no fast food. [You won't believe the amount of calories in most food restaurants now, Deny's Grand Slam is around 1,500 Calories and like 60 Grams offat]
-Eat raw vegies or fruit when you get hungry. [Bananas and raw baby carrots with thousand island sauce is actually quite tasty]
-Drink water and no energy drinks
Part Dos Exercise:
-Every morning when you get up stretch out and do 100 sit ups along with 20 push ups in different hand positions.
-Do the above again at night, stretching allows for the body to grow a little more evening out the fat.
-Run/jog/walk every day or every other day depending on your schedule for 30 minutes or 1-6 miles. Having a dog is fun because it allows you to enjoy walking, if you don't have one borrow one of your friends it takes some weight off their shoulders, but don't forget to bring a bag for its poop =).
Follow those steps for the rest of your life and you will never need to worry about getting fat. The occasional ice cream or grill out is fine, but don't over do it.

Hey, first of all, you're only 11? Dude, you don't need to wory about your weight. Anyways, if you do lose 15 Lbs., you'll be 97 Lbs., which is underweight for your age. Just eat healthier, no junk, veggies and fruit!

Unless you're 4'6", your weight is just fine. At the age of 11, you have another 5-6 years of growth so need a healthy diet plus an exercise program to tone your muscles. It wouldn't hurt to begin a walking regimen of a mile a day in 20 mins. then 2 miles in 35 mins. - don't spend your time sitting and lounging around and limit your sleep time to no more than 8 hours.
To be thinking about weight, at your age, is 100% abnormal (ask your parents, family doctor, friends, other relatives, all of whom will agree with me).

I've been skinny all my life so I don't know if my method will work on others but I'll tell you anyway. I don't eat three times a day like though idiots that think they know everything have told us. I eat not necessarily good food at little amounts all day and night. I only gain weight if I drink beer

At 11 years old you shouldn't be worried about your weight unless you're severely overweight. Ask your doctor to see if you need to lose weight. At 11 your still growing and maintain your weight instead. Just eat healthy. Don't eat much junk food. Eat less fat, sugar and sodium. Get some more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also eat a salad before each meal because you'll feel full faster and you'll consume less. Eat a lot of meat and fish too. Those are healthy food choices. Also exercise about an hour a day. Do some running, biking, walking etc. Then you'll maintain your weight. Good Luck.

Try adapting a healthy diet, meaning: fruits,vegetables,grains, legumes(beans) and wheat breads and protein.
I don't know if you eat meat or not but if you do. Eat lean meat like chicken breast(no skin), fish and turkey. stay away from hotdogs, ham and processed lunch meats. Dairy(cheese) beacause they are high in fat and cause your body to hold extra fluids.
try getting full on vegetable verses meat, and drink plenty of water. Soda and juices eat up the calories that you are allowed throug out the day.
You should eat because you are a growing man but it's what you eat that help you loss the weight,feel good and gain energy.good luck!

Make sure you eat a healty breakfast...doesn't matter if you eat enough that you feel like your 'full till the ears'. A 'heavy' breakfast gives your body plenty of energy for the rest of the day. And because it fills you don't eat quickly after your breakfast.
But reminds that your'e young and your body needs food and excercise.

the best advice that i could give to you is,
1. when you feel hungry in between meals make a sandwich with chicken or ham etc
2. try to walk, even if its a short walk a day or something.
3. cut fizzy drinks to when your having your lunch or dinner, period. anything else water, lemonade, apple juice etc, and if you don't like them, then go out to w/e super market and experiment to see what you like.
3. cut out fast food, thats a must, in my books, it worked for meh but not to say everyones different. i usually have fast food about once very 5 months even longer.
4. try to experiment with dinner etc add vegetables etc or something completely in the other end of the scales.
5. always listen to your stomach, when your full your full, eg, you eat your dinner, and feel full but you aint had desert, thats ok. over eating is never a good thing.
thats generally what i go by, and i know it works, =)

Each time You vomits, stomach acid attacks the enamel on the teeth. Frequent vomiting can cause the enamel to completely wear away leaving the pulp and nerve endings exposed. Also self-induced vomiting can badly affect your digestive system....
Isaiah, if you want to lose weight the fast and health way...
Cut out eating bread and anything with sugar...Meats and fish is cool to eat, if they are baked not fryed....Go for a run or a jog for over 30 mins aday.....Swimming Laps would be the bomb way to lose weight ,do about 50 laps aday....Also to really have fun and loss weight, try the Wii Fit...It's a new accessory that you can buy for the Nintendo Wii that measures your BMI and weight..Then it allows you to set to goal for weight loss and track your losses/gain on a daily basis including your BMI....

lose the sugar and candy [this will have your body go and access your fat deposits instead of the glucose/fructose from the sugary items] and lose some of the starch [carbohydrates are a long term energy source, that when gets stored becomes fat]
DONT cut out meals completely, this will just have you starving at your next meal.
ALSO exercise, you need to exercise to help you keep the weight off. so make sure that you get in lots of cardio [run around, long distances - since long distance runners need to keep their bodies lean so that they will be able to last and have endurance]

awwwh honey, i personally dont think you need to worry just yet about your weight, but if your determined, i'm in the army and i can give you a few pointers. Stay active, go out side ride your bike or something. Definelty eat three meals a day, no more, no less. NO SNACKS in between meals. If you get hungry drink water. you should drink plenty of water daily. if that's to hard then try gatoraid. good luck hone.

I think that when you are eleven years old you should not think about dieting,but if you wants to loose weight there is no easy way. You must try to stay away from rice and pasta and all kinds of fast fried products. Try to eat only one potato and a lot of vegetables. Eat small meals in between and use fruit "not banana" or a small sandwich with lean ham,chicken or lean cheese.Stay away from fizzy drinks and fruit juices because it is full of sugar. Try a salad, ittastes better than you think. Happy slimming. P.S.Dont throw up.

15 pounds in approximately 8 weeks is doable if you have the discipline to make it happen. What you need to do if you really want to reduce your weight that much is as follows.
Drink lots of cold water...and stop or reduce your soda intake.
Exercise 4-5 days a week for at least 30-40 minutes. Do aerobics, yoga, martial arts, or anything else that will get your heart rate up and burn a lot of calories.
Reduce the amount of carbs (potatoes, rice, corn, etc) and sugars you intake. Also cut back on fried foods and high fat foods like bacon, fried chicken, french fries, etc.

Overall for your meals, eat less every time you sit down to the table...if you want to eat a large fries, get a small one instead...etc.

eating chicken soup or any kind of soups every day for three times a day will make you lose weight fast. My sister tried it for couple weeks before her friend's wedding and she lost 6 lbs. w/o excercising. good luck.
