Cutting through the crap. I hope this is just a prank, because if it's not, you are heading for a serious malady. Anorexia is not a think to kid about, besides, is not the digestive system the one that determines your size or weight, its you bone and muscular structure. If you are big boned, doesn't matter if you eat or not. Also any diet is comprised by the elimination of water in the body, and since we are 75 % water, diets dehydrate you and cause permanent damage to your organs including the brain. be carefull of what you do, and if you are serious, talk to your parents and a doctor before you do anything.

You need some help. No one needs to be "super skinny" as you put it. And you got a headache because it's horrible for your body to starve yourself. Your body needs the nutrients in food as well as fluid so you don't dehydrate. Anyway. Eat a diet of green veggies,cheese and meat.Plus a lot of water. No potatoe products or pasta or fruit or sugars. This is a safe diet and you can eat your fill and it works.

why would you want to be super skinny? if you get SUPER skinny, you're going to look sick. i recommend you to just try to lose a LITTLE weight(depending on how much you weigh). and eat healthy(but that doesn't mean not eating AT ALL.) and exercise. but don't try to get super skinny.

well...first of all your to Jung to lose 40 pounds...but does not what you are asking... there is the syrup diet which lost of stars use....but don't spend to much on this it could lead to diabetic and energy lose...but is better than your first idea...just remember this diet is only for two weeks every 6 months..lose around 10 pounds a week...and do it very carefully....

How about instead of shooting for "super skinny", you shoot for super healthy and fit? You can do it for no money at all. You just need to make sure you eat healthy foods, get adequate sleep, take a vitamin A Day, and get reasonable amounts of exercise. Cut out junk food. You will be in very fine shape by the holidays.
If you try to slim down by starvation, you will just be sickly. That is very unattractive. It's best to be good to your body by getting it into prime physical condition. Start out gradually but work your way up to running at least 25 minutes a day (with a 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool-down). Then 3 times a week do some sort of workout such as pushups, situps, leg lifts and stretching. If you do this faithfully, eat plenty of vegetables, and get good sleep, you will see results and they will be healthy ones that will make you look good (not sick).

Don't do it the anorexic way, it's not healthy. don't do crash diets, they aren't healthy. Eat healthy foods (no fried food, no greasy food, no fast food), drink lots of water or fresh squeezed juices, snack on all the fruits and veggies you want, 100 calorie packs come in handy, and exercise. It's as simple as that, no hidden tricks, no secrets.

Come on honey you are way to young to be worrying about wieght. Find something else to do. The best advice I can tell you is to go talk to ur school conselor or another one outside school. Discuss this with your doctor too.

And for your arms and legs try those vibrating belts they show on TV.

ok well how much do u weigh as of right now? because loosing 40 lbs if ur like 120 is not attrative to any guy... i think u should try to stay around 115 at the very least... Ok well if u wanna loose lots of wieght im the guy to go to .. im a wrestler and they know all these cool tricks to loose weight. Alot of it isnt that fun, but it works... dont eat that much... eat icecubes, if ur hungry.. it'll make u feel like ur eating but its just water.. go for runs and wear all this clothing so that u sweat more thus burning more calories.. u hafta work man.. but doing this will make u loose like 10lbs in a week depending on how hard u push urself.. dont become anerexic because thats just stupid
