 How many sit ups should a person do on their first go?

age ten is to young to be worrying about that. boys arn't even looking at girls really in grade five and lots of girls who are a little fat (not saying you are) when they're young loose it all and become quite attractive by age 15 and up. 75 pounds is not fat it is skinny but if you really do feel fat just wear baggy clothes until you feel good about your self that's what i used to do :)

my "Freinds" and i used to worry about junk like that. ur not overweight. but u start to feel that way in 7 grade when you are 100 pounds. ("Freinds"= crappy freinds who really hate you and think u r their stalker.)

You need to talk to your mom so you can go to the doctor. Your probabaly not even fat your probably just freaking out cuz some dumbo made fun of you to mess with you or your watching to much t.v.
Lots of girls get chubby around this age right beofre or during puberty and then they hit a growth spurt and you get talller so the fat or whateevr is evened out. What you should be eating is healthy foods but not going overboard on what u eat or don't eat. If it bugs you tell your mom or osmeone to take you to the doctor and tehy can tell/help what to do and it won't even hurt! But i bet your not even fat.

Your being ridiculus. Its normal to gain weight when your getting older. You shouldnt be so worried, your just growing up and starting to get curves. Its perfectly okay. 6 pounds is barely anything. Be confident in yourself.

Your WAYY to young to be worrying about being fat. Wait until your about 30, then you can start complaining about how fat you feel. You are not fat, your growing up. My sister gained a lot of weight in th grade, and that was only because she was about ready to start growing taller. And as she grew taller, her stomach flattened out.

It's natural. Don't be worrying about your weight at this age, just have fun and be a kid. Your 10, and you should be confident of your body. Don't let anyone tell you that your not beautiful, or that your too fat or anything. They're just jealous.

You have plently of time in later life to moan about your weight, so in the mean time, just be a kid. Honestly, if all you ever talk about at school is how you feel fat, then people will just start thinking you are just saying that so people will say "Your not fat" and that you are just looking for attention.

My friend does the same "I'm so fat" thing and I used to say all the time, "Your not fat, your skinny as a rod" but after a few months of that, now I just agree with her :P Not really, but I tell her to be quiet because I don't want to hear it anymore.

first of all, your not fat hun.
i weight probaily twice as much as you but besides the point.
your growing and its natural for your body to gain weight when you young.
you need those extra pounds to grow and if you think u look fat now you will grow into ur weight.
but if you want to lose weight these are some ideas.
Youuu cannnn...
-do 100 jumping jacks - burns 52 calories
-do 100 sit ups - burns about 50 calories
-running - can burn up too 400 calories
you can work out orrrr.....
you can eat more healthier
try eating only fruits and vegies for a week
it will make u feel better and look better.

First of all you are too young to be worried about being fat. You are still growing. You will slim down later. But if you really want to lose weight, cut down on your carbs and fats. Do not eat added sugars, breads, pastas or potatoes. Eat lean meats, fish, veggies and fruits, and whole grains. Drink 64 oz of water per day to help with weight loss. Also exercise 30 min per day doing aerobics or running at least 5 times a week. This will help you get back to your 69 lb. range.

I was the same way when I was your age. I found when I got older that being a little more careful what I eat and walking 30 to 45 minutes a day which only takes about 2 weeks to get used to. Start out slow 10 minutes a day then after 4 days 20 minutes a day. It really works. Just takes a little time and ambition on your part to get yourself moving. I waited 15 years later to start and wished I would have at your age. Be more active and before you know it you will want to be more active. Good Luck

You don't sound like you're fat to me. How tall are you? You may well be the right weight for you height. Talk to your mom and ask her what she thinks. Do you make good food choices and limit the junk food? Do you play any sports or get any kind of exercise - skating, sledding (it's snowy where I am!). Please don't compare yourself to girls in magazines or on TV. They aren't "real" - editors manipulate camera angles and even use editing techniques to make girls look thinner than they are!!

in fifth grade i weighed exactly the same weight. it is normal for a person to gain weight over summer. Your body doesn't stay the same weight all the time. Also your body is in the growing stage.

when yr 10 its best NOT to worry about these things. yr childhood is golden. do u seriously wanna remember it as one whole crazy diet scheme?? its ok! and if you are overweight for yr height, go do sports. its FUN! just dont lose the essence of childhood

That's exactly how much I weighed when I was your age. I am 13 now. If you really feel like your overweight consider joining exercise programs or sports. But for your age, I wouldn't worry about being fat. I was about the same weight when I was your age and that weight isn't a lot. Believe me....

Don't feel like that last year i was in 5th grade too and i weighted 92 pounds and this year am in 6th grade and i weight 102 pounds ( the problem is that your just growing up your bones get bigger and makes your caleries go up so you don't have to really worry)

You may have a water weight gain.not being personal is it time for your period?Did you eat a lot of salty food during Christmas?Salt will make you retain fluid.You didnt say how tall you are.You dont sound like you have a weight problem.Please dont go by all the celeberties weight as a standard.Go backto school and I bet no one will notice it.
Good luck.I have a grandaughter your age and this has happened to her.She usually gains about 5lbs every month and then she looses it.She also started doing this weight gain a couple of months before she first statted her period.Also as we get taller we can weigh more and we look the same.You sound like a great kid so be happy and dont worry.

At ten years old...you probably need to think about other things instead of weight. 75 pounds for a ten year old is a good weight. Go hang out with friends and get over this stuff...it comes way to soon to start worry at 10!

How tall are you? You are ten years old, you really shouldn't be worrying about your weight at your age. You've only put on 6 lbs which is normal, you're growing outwards and upwards as you'll be starting to go through puberty soon.
So long as you are over like 3 ft you're the perfect, healthy weight for your body. If you're too skinny it'll make you sick.

75 pounds isn't that bad. Just eat healthier and exercise.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Junk food will make you feel bloated.
