Sounds like you eat when you're bored. Get off your as$ and go outside. Go for a walk. Find a hobby. Fly a kite. Go to the park. Do SOMETHING other than sit around on the computer or watching TV and eating. Get your FAT as$ outside!! jk

when i eat junk food, i wake up and have 2 extra tummy folds, an extra chin, and and what might look like a third butt cheek.
so I don't do it!
Just stop eating Junk food......try something more healthier like fruits...salads...pretzels instead of chips....and drink tons of water.
I could only wish I was 111 pounds:-)

Yikes! For sure, drink more water! Also to keep yourself from getting hungry eat small meals every two to three hours. When you eat, make sure it is a balance between protein and carbs. The higher the carbs, the more hungry you are going to be later.
Beef Jerky, low carb yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, berries and veggies are great snacky foods.
Anyway - good luck! Yes, summer sucks when all you can think about is chips and mc donalds!!! yummmm!

Well, you're not overweight for a start, but you could become unhealthy if you continue to eat junk food, sleep and just use the pc...try getting some fresh air, going for a walk somewhere with a good view, refresh your soul, then maybe you wont feel the need to cram on junk foods.

Instead of eating do something you enjoy or makes you feel good about yourself:
play a sport
take a walk
do a chore
redecorate your room

It always happens during the summer when activities are relaxed and different from usual. Try to find something that you can do with your time, best to make it out of the house. If you are not doing anything all day it is too easy to eat all sorts of junk to fill your time. If you can find outdoor activities that could help you slim back down, all the better.

Try to fill your schedule with activities. When you are bored you eat, so try to go out with your friends, exercise, take up a sport or hobby, or even get a job. Doing these things will help you to be more active and have an even more fun summer!

snack on things that are good for you. ex: fruits//veggies. when you go to the market or your mom does GO WITH HER. make her buy you some GOOD foods not all those chips//junk food. and then get rid of all that bad stuff in your house. also chew some sugarless gum when you get hungry and drink water frequently. if you're hungry drink a nice cup of water then if you're still hungry 15-20 minutes after drinking water it means your body actually IS hungry (:

Instead of eating junk food replace it with something healthy. If there is someone home with you ask them to watch you and if you are about to eat something that is bad for you have them take it away.

i would say that you should go outside more to exercise do something fun like go swimming or biking , join sometime fun that's going to get your mind off of food when your not hungry. if your uncomfortable with the weight your at now which sounds healthy i say kool but for health risk i say that you should get active becase it's going to become a year ROUND thing if you know what i mean

I excercise when I'm really bored, not like all day, just for a bit. I make it part of my day, you should too.
Instead of junk food, why not have some fresh Celery sticks, carrots, and some yummy dip? :)

Im not sure what your height is...but that 111 might still be in your healthy weight zone!! If you really want to loose it and fast...just crash diet! Eat only fruits and drink lots of water...get off that myspace and take a good run/walk! Im a myspace junkie too!!lol...good luck!

ok i noe what ya mean its SUMMER!!!!=) duh!!! so why not have fun........but you have to stay fit so i would say when your not hungry don't eat and when you are hungry eat less.like fruits or something healthy....also get up and exercise a LITTLE.....don't go crazy exercising...and go hang out with friends,go shopping,walk around,and well this should help......=)

you need to get busy, go outside and take a walk, ride a bike. you need to get your mind off food, by doing physical things. and drink lots of water instead of soda. you can cut out things that are fatty. like don't put xtra butter. use less salt and sugar. most important thing is to exercise.

i know how you feel! i went from 100 to 106! just get busy, get a gym membership and go with a friend whos a healthfreak and really pushes you. eat healthier and go out in the sun!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

OK...go on MYSPACE..but...get a bowl of fruit or crunchy veggies and dip. Get a BIG glass of water or a water bottle. Make it ice cold first. That should help. :)

I wish i could help, my problem is eating enough during the summe rmonths. I am 28 wks pregnant and have to make myself eat during the hotter months even when i am not pregnant. My suggestion is to eat a lot of fruit. There are tons of fruits out there that are sweat and yummy. Oranges, peaches, bananas, grapes, grapefruit. All very yummy and also cheaper this time of the year. If you need ice cream just eat smaller amounts or eat sherbert instead.
Go swimming, go hang out with friends, stay busy. Being in front of the computer all day and night is not good for you at all. In my condition i don't have nearly as many options as you do. Mostly all i can do at this point is go swimming or for a walk. The only way to swim where i live is to go in the river or pay to swim at a town pool, ick or pay a monthly fee at the local gym. I can only do what i did before i got pregnant and because we lived in a city like area before i got pregnant there was not much i could do to be active.
So take advantage of your options, think about the amazing shape you could be in for school when it starts up. Go roller blading. Go for a walk and add ankle and wrist weights get all toned up and feel better. Depending on where you live you could go hiking, but don't do this alone and let people know where you're going just incase.
