if you're really concious abuot it figure it out your self by checking out your BMI (body mass index) which calulates how much fat is in your body by ur height and weight and they let you know how much more or less u need to be =] good luck =D and check my sources that's where i checked my bmiBMI |

no. (im 13) i have a friend thats 14..but shes 5-6 too and she weighs 145. haha. but shes not fatt at all. shes just "mature" :) your not over weight trust me |

not at all, that sounds like a healthy weight to be at. the proportion of your height and weight put you at a healthy BMI too, so you aren't over weight at all. |

You are not overweight for your height. Make sure you eat fresh nutritious foods, don't eat processed foods or drink soda and exercise for at least 30 minutes each day - even a brisk walk with a dog counts! |

no Ur 5-6 132 that's a good weight. but what you need to see is your body fat %. if you have more then 25% body fat then u might be a little heaverier then u want. if u think ur over weight do something about it. good to the gym, run, eat 5-6 "SMALL" meals a day and not only will u lose weight , your health will be better!!!! |

im 13 almost fourteen and way about the same. im really athletic, have weight training which may contribute to that factor. some people are just built with muscular legs , which also includes me. muscle weighs muchh more than fat. remember that i mean, honestly , u can tell if ur overweight. and ur prolly not. most likely. all girls our age seek out flaws & heck we all think we're fat when in reality we are not. just make sure ur getting exercise. like i do 300 crunches every night, which only takes like 5 mins. easy peasy. or like if u actually just go outside and run a little, it doesnt take hardly any time! |
