YOUR HEIGHT AND WEIGHT DO NOT FREAKING DETERMINE WHETHER U ARE FAT!!!!

i know a varsity running back who is 5'8 and 250 lbs
-he is NOT fat

i also know another guy with small bones, no muscle, and lots of flesh (5'9 and 140 lbs)
-i consider him fat

if u have to judge yourself then judge by how u look and ignore the freaking numbers

btw most guys do not like those skinny supermodels, we like healthy natural girls who ar not overweight but have a little flesh

the media will tell u it is attractive to burn the pigment in ur skin and starve yourself
-don't listen to them, they are dumbasses

oh and to target ur stomach do running and crunches right after to burn fat into muscle (it should not change you numerical weight and this is why that is bogus,as well as BMI) it will basically condense the fat into leaner muscle, which has an equal mass but less volume, making u look thinner

You are not fat, but you could always do sit ups or crunches... or there is an exercise where u lay on the floor and lift up both of your legs straight up SLOWLY.... trust me it should burn...

i used to feel the same...i am 6'1 and was 200...now im 185...mostly cause of less eating, basketball, and sets of crunches at night.

2 hours a day is a lot of exercise. Anyway, if you do bicycles for your abs (you can google it) it will help your obliques and lower abs. Do three sets of 20 (each rep is a touch of left and right knee). 45 second break between each set. Move up to sets of 25, then 30 etc as you get better at it.

Get help from a counselor. Two hours of exercise a day is NOT normal for someone your weight and height.

Lay down on an incline bench with your head at the top. Find a good place to hold on with your hands. Extend your legs straight out, keeping them together lift your legs to 90 degrees,hold it and lift your butt straight up off the bench as high as you can using your abs. Slowly let your butt down then your legs. As always with abs....do it until failure.
...even though at 5'6, 115 you don't need it.

just for the record...2 hours isn't compulsive....I have soccer practice every day for two hours when in the fall and 2 hours twice a week in the spring. In the summer it's 4 hours during 2-a-days. It doesn't sound like you're fat...but you can get in better shape by doing toning exercises (like crunces) running, and just plain eating healthy.

perhaps get a meeting or two with a trainer

you might be working out a great deal but you might not be doing it correctly or you might be doing the wrong things for the results you want

Don't worry about it! Go see a health specailist if you are really concerned, or look for tips on how to loose weight. You are borderline underweight, so maybe you just have more muscle than fat or more muscle than fat.

But you won't be satisfied. If you can't be happy at 115, what makes you think that you'll ever get your "lower stomach area" to be the way you want it to?

Your exercise is getting obsessive. In fact, I can almost promise you that what you see when you pinch your lower stomach is SKIN, not fat.
