the most pleasant thing I can imagine is to get into bed with a woman who also is like 40 pounds overweight (match sexual apetite and age and other factors first) , then just stay there and eat prescribed good food, and have lots of sex instead

i depends WHO old are you and tall you could eat what you normally eat but just smaller portions of it and not a lot of fat or calories and exercise alot and eat healthier

i wish you good luck i have the same problem. I get depressed then eat too much. I would like to be skinny too like i used to be. It is suppose to happen eating plenty of the right kinds of food fruit vegetables and eating a balanced diet(whole grain)---getting depressed is my big problem then i get to where i don't care.

First rule: do not diet for the sake of it, do not try to loose weight fast, you will put it all back. See if there are any particular reasons why you put on weight. Do you eat the wrong things?, too much of anything?
Then try to be active without forcing it, walk rather than taking the car or bus, enjoy housework by putting good music on, eat things that you like, but do not eat when yuou are upset. think before you eat, are you really hungry? Drink water before you eat, it will make you full quicker etc. Hope it helps, eat fruits and vegetables

Talk with your doctor to rule out any medical conditions, and to help set up proper goals.

Weight loss is simple in theory. Eat fewer calories then you burn. So, cut back on your portions, and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Skip the soda and energy drinks and pick up some water. Get moving, take a walk, play with the dog, go swimming, or go to the gym, anything that gets you moving more will help.

You sound as if you don't believe that it can happen. Being skinny is not only for certain people. It is for you TWO. But, in order to be thin, you have to change two things - how you eat and how you move. You have to eat nutritiously and you have to exercise regularly. If you do this, the weight will come off. If you started today, worked out 5 days a week and ate no more than 1300 calories a day - The weight would be gone by Christmas. But, are you ready to do what it takes to get there?

First of all 110 is very low and depending on how tall you are a little to low. To lose weight you have to mix a lot of fruits and vegetables with working out. To start you should do more cardio than weights. The weights builds muscle which burns more fat throughout the day, but you really need the cardio initially. I have read a lot of mags but my fav is Muscle and Fitness for Hers it offers a lot of advice for workouts at the gym and at home. Good luck.

drink lots of water like 10 glasses of water every day
depending on you age and health plan out an excercise program work outs should be at least 3 times per week and 45 minutes per day.

plan out your meals at least one week ahead of time. and for each day let yourself have a treat but the treat should be only 90 calories. If your out at a restaurant you can tell if something is within the 90 calorie limit by size.

you can have 1 scoop of ice cream: golf ball ps: if its a sorbet you can have a slightly larger serving :)

or you can have a brownie: size of a ring box
you can have a cookie the size of a compact mirror-about 6 cm in diameter

If you are craving for a slurpee try a slushee instead use watermellon because they have lots of sugar but then the water balances it out so no worries

DO NOT drink pina coladas virgin or non virgin Coconut milk has A LOT of fat and cholesterol and TRANSFAT-stay away from transfat it drives all the fat to your tummy and its hard to lose

btw try kickboxing, areobics, yoga, dancing, shopping yes shopping because as you lose wieght you need new clothes and shopping= walking walking=burning off calories

drink lots of fluids to make sure you can sweat/eliminate all of your toxins faster.

eat honeydew, and Celery and other negative calories when you have food craves. They taste good and they don't have extra calories.

ps: if your hungry during your workout drink water and don't eat 2 hours after your workout and listen to music while you kickbox/ work out at the gym it just makes time go by that much faster :)

eat portabello mushrooms instead of bananas bananas have alot much starch but a portabello mushroom has more pottasium than a banana

Height and bone structure has a lot to do with a good weight. 110 lbs may be underweight for you. However regardless, here are simple ways to help:
1. Plan on losing 2-3 pounds per week. You may lose more at first, but don't expect it all go away all at once.
2. Eat sensibly. Portion control is key. Make sure your diet is balanced with meats, veggies, fruits, grains, etc...
3. Drink water. Most diets recommend at least 6 - 8 cups per day.
4. Exercise. Try walking. If you can't fit a planned walk into your schedule, do things like park further away, use the stairs, etc...

I wish you luck. I found one of the best things for me if you want a more structured program is "Body For Life." I used it and modified it to my lifestyle. I didn't achieve the results like those in the book, but I did lose weight - about 20-30 pounds.

Also, moderation is the key to everything - including weight loss. Keep that in mind!

Diet pills dont work anyway...........Exersize 30 minutes of cardio every day or at least every other day... You need to find out how much calories you need every day using the bmi index for height n weight and reduce it by 300 calories. Lots and lots of protien and minimal carbs. (NO CARBS IS BAD FOR YOU) try to eat them in the am.. Its ok to eat at night if its protien.... Exersize...Exersize...Exersize.....

I went on atkins and lost 50 pounds in 3 1/2 months. It really isn't as horrible and people make it out to be. You don't eat just meat. You can have alot of healthy green veggies and you can take the weight off FAST! Just be careful after you have lost the weight. You want to still stay low carb or you will pile it all back on and then some. Good Luck! I love this website. www.fatsecret.com Alot of great support and free!
