The high blood pressure coul be hereditary. It doesn't sound like you are overweight. All you need to do it continue to excercise, create a sensible low-sodium diet (not starvation), and increase your protein intake. Stop worrying about what people say. They kill me telling me where my weight should be. If that were the case, we'd all be walking around with the same bodies

You are definitely not fat, but it seems as if you might have a bit of an image prob. The flab on the belly is normal, but you can reduce it by building your abs and doing cardio workouts that effect that area. Daily leg lifts and sit-ups help, and make sure you also do some sit ups a little off center as well (to the right and left of your knees) Make sure you eat stuff with lots of protein after you work out.
You probably look fine so don't beat yourself up tho. The working out will probably help you build muscle and can lower blood pressure as well, which in turn will help you gain weight, but you may never loose the stomach flab. Some people are just not destined for six-pack abs.
And good luck!

No, you are not at all fat. If it is just you that feels like that you could always take up running or walking just to make you feel better. Also it could help you blood pressure situation.

I dunno, I think 150 is within limits of normal.
It really depends on the muscle/fat ratio that you have. If you're mostly muscle, then you're not fat. If you don't have any muscle... then who knows.
Don't listen to those who tell you how much you're supposed to weigh. Weight is only a guideline. (I weigh more than I look like. So I know what I'm talking about).
If you think you have too much fat too little muscle just get yourself a good exersise routine and stick to it. Disregard the weight issue - let it be the problem of those who want to lift you (why would they, anyway).
Since you already have a blood pressure issue, consult your doctor before starting an exersise program. Good new is, blood pressure issue can get much better if you exersise reguralry and properly.
Also, do you consume too much salt? If you do, you might be retaining too much fluids because of that, and that would make you feel fat and sluggish.
some studies show that flab on the belly is tress related. So is the blood pressure. Are you stressed out?

It's not that you're fat... you're not..
But it sounds like you're in poor physical shape. Even with small bones you should be able to put some tone in your muscles and get rid of that belly...
Your exercise drill should consist of 30 minutes of jogging (cardio exercise for your high blood pressure) and some muscle tone building exercises like dumb bells, and abdominal crunches. I think you really need to work on your belly. Try laying on your back on the floor. Then move your legs like your on a bicycle. With your hands behind your head twist your body so that the right elbow touches your left knee and then your left elbow touches your right knee.. Repeat this about 50 times... Catch your breath and then repeat... Do about 100 to 200 of these crunches every day for about 3 weeks and you will see an improvement with your belly.

I doubt you're fat, in fact you seem a little too light. However, this can happen if your weight is more fat or more muscle, because muscle is heavier than fat.
Someone saying you should be 160lbs either thinks you're too skinny or that you should get some muscle.
If you feel like lard, change your eating habits, get some exercise and cut down on computer hours.
Hope that helped.
