Push ups do not get you abs, they however build your arms and chest.
If you want Abs, try doing crunches or sit ups and do some cardiovascular activity. Swimming also really helps you develop abs as well.

Crunches - sit-ups can damage your back if you aren't careful..Push-ups work your upper shoulder, upper back and pectoral muscles, but that's about it.

Bear in mind that your body is still growing and developing. Take it easy on the working out because you don't want any abnormal growth.
A simple exercise for your abs would be to lie flat on your back with your legs bent. Then press the arch of your back to the floor and lift your head up away from the floor, but not with your neck. Hold for about 2 seconds, then slowly lower to the floor again.
It sounds weirder than what it is. But the key is keeping everything flat on the ground.
But don't kill yourself doing it.

push ups are mostly training exercises for your arms and thighs. For abdominal (6 pack) you must do many sit ups at a time, forcing yourself to go completely up and down. also the flight movment works very well. Lay on your bacl. lift your legs and your back/head. hold it there so that u are balancing mostly on your but. This works miracles.
hope i helped!

push ups mostly works your upper body..particularly arms. go running around your neighberhood, buy a pair of dumbbells, and do crunches for your abs. oh, and eat a low fat diet. overweight people can have a 6 pack but its covered by fat! so make sure you limit your fat intake!

yea but neither are going to really help. Maybe if you do about 200 of each. Maybe you could do inclined push-ups or ab crunchers.

pushups will make ur abs a little stronger but to actually get a ab work out id recommend a super set on your abs (3 exercises that specifically work your abs in a row) you could do crunches then situps then flutter kicks or something like that. getting a "six-pack" is very hard though and usually youll only see those on like pro-body builders and athletes or people with good genes. i used to have a "light-4-pack" when i was your age and did karate. anyways heres a list of 10 ab execises. http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm

Pushups will not affect a six pack. Crunches, on the other hand, should help.

Sit ups will definitely help your abs. Push ups concentrate more on your lower abs and chest and some on the back muscles. I suggest several hundred sit ups if you can in groups of 100 at a time. I do that myself, and it works well.
good luck
