There is no healthy option to meet that aggressive of a goal.. .but you may try the Master Cleanser Fast. It will help you lose a lot of water weight and waste in your body. If you combine that with light yoga and pilates, you may reach a little of half your goal in two weeks. Make sure you research the Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. There a lot knock-offs. Good Luck, and Be Safe and Healthy.

Seriously though, drink half your body weight in ounces(Ex: 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water) and RUN, RUN, WORK OUT, RUN...

don't eat after 8 and exercise in the morning and before bed don't eat to much sugar and drink alot of water and Green Tea but not Lipton(it makes your doodoo hard)

it work for me but I'll warn you that you will put the weight back on when you stop

cut off your hair and legs. 20 lbs in 2 weeks is very unhealthy. 2-3lbs per week is a healthy weight loss. Do this by exercising atleast 30 min a day for at least 3 days a week and going by the my pyramid food guide. <www.mypyramid.gov>

My friend lost 22 pounds in 2 weeks (mind you he had a lot of fat to lose lol). He did so on the Scarsdale Medical Diet and worked out daily. Good luck!

I really don't think that is going to happen. Although you could try Atkins. I know I lost 6 lbs in a week on that. So you would be closer to 20 than with some other diets.

You might be able to do that with the induction phase of atkins. But you'll have to stick with atkins for the rest of your life. Otherwise, you'll just gain it all back.

I don't know if it's possible to shed 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but I know a few people who lost about 12 in 2 weeks doing stage one of the south beach diet. The only problem was that they didn't complete the next 2 stages and put all that weight plus a lot more back on after.

Weight loss is something you need to make a long term goal. Best of luck.

It will be mostly water weight and you will be hungry but this worked for me.
Breakfast: half a protein bar (about 110 calories)
Lunch: grilled chicken salad at Chik-Filet
Afternoon snack: other half of protein bar
Dinner: Side salad from Wendys, low cal dressing
make sure the protein bar is the lowest carbs you can get
Drink lots of water

Each pound of fat is 3500 calories, you'd need to burn off 70000 calories to lose that weight, do you honestly think you can? That's more than you should eat in a fortnight, never mind trying to lose it.

Only way i can think of is to have cancer or some other Sickness like it. Thats too much too Fast would make you sicker more then healthier to lose it that fast

i perfer not to
but first youll need to cut your calories
if you consume 2,800 calries, eat only 1,900
and exercise much more
if u burn more calories than u eat
u loose weight
but eat grain,meat/beans,fruits,vegetables,fats,... and that stuff

Get the flu. I lost 18lbs in 2 weeks with a really bad case of the flu. But I gained it back in like a week. There is no healthy way.

I wouldn't recommend that, it'd be really bad for your health, inside and out. It'd be likely that when you started eating properly again you would just pile the weight back on.

Try just exercising regularly and eating healthy
