Floss, Mouthwash, Mints/Gum (which ever you prefer), and of course brush your teeth (usually after 3 mos. they say to replace your tooth brush, because after that, the bristles usually wear and becomes ineffective).

You can do a few things.
1. Cut out sugar, as it breeds bacteria in the mouth which can cause bad breath afterwards. Try eating fruit/drinking 100% fruit juice instead.
2. Drink Peppermint tea, as its a bit refreshing and has no aftertaste.
3. Stay away from tic tacs, etc as they do have bad aftertastes. And they have sugar.
4. Brush once at night and once in the morning. Use floss picks to floss your teeth, it makes it much easier than using dental floss.
5. Eat a lot of vegetables-carrots, Celery and lettuce in salads can help get rid of bad breath.

Brush your tongue waaaaay to the back, then brush the roof of your mouth.
After brushing, turn tap water on hot and get a face cloth and fold it a couple times. Wet and ring out the cloth and press hard against your tongue wiping from the far back to the front of your mouth. Then do the roof of your mouth as well.
Mints and gum do NOT work because the sugar in them breeds bacteria in the mouth and it is the waste of that very bacteria that gives us bad breath.

well I would say brush.. but I think you do that right?
maybe you have some sort of mouth infection or do you smoke?
Mouthwash is good too.
Also don't eat foods that make bad breath like eggs and Garlic...
Eat an apple after you brush your teeth. Apples are natural tooth brushes and they are good for you too!

Always brush your tongue when you brush your teeth. Your tongue should be a pinkish color. If it is white, that is bacteria that may be causing your bad breath. You should also floss, have a healthy diet, and drink plenty of water.

Normal dental hygiene just isn't enough sometimes lol
well besides brushing you can use Mouthwash and gum before going out but also note that doesnt get rid of problem.
for most people just flossing can make that difference. so much bacteria and germs and just a lot of other nasty stuff gets stuck in between your teeth and can cause really bad breath. so my advice is start to floss more and dont worry about bleeding gums they heal and after a week or two then the gums become stronger. if your breath still smells then consult a dental hygienist because you might have a cavity or gingivitis or some other tooth decay.
and idk your habits so its hard to say
so just floss more lol

You should get a tongue scraper and try scraping your tongue. A lot of bad breath comes from from built up gunk on your tongue that people have no idea is there. Brushing (the tongue) sometimes works but it isn't as effective as a scraper. You can buy one at your local wal-mart for about a buck. Also, flossing actually helps since there may be plaque or food in bewteen teeth that contribute to bad breath. Hope this helps. :)

I got a water pick to spray my teeth with water after I brush. Get one of those, then use the tongue scraper that comes with it. i brush my tongue twice after I brush my teeth. Don't use gum, just mixes mint scent with bad breath. O. try listerene or some other Mouthwash. Avoid food stuck in teeth ;)
