How to get rid of my bellllyyyyyyyyy fat!
So.. Im starting to get FAT around my BELLY/WASTE area. But my weight doesnt change.. Its either 95 - 100lbs. No higher no lower. So what can i do to reduce the belly fat? I want abs again!...

It sounds like you are already at a good weight, possibly even underweight. But, I lost 10 lbs, most from my belly, by doing a few things: -no soda/alcohol -eat only whole grains -no fried foods -not eating after 7pm -eating a lot of "healthy" fats such as avocados and almonds -walking a lot |

The best way that I have found is to reduce caloric intake and do some sort of fun aerobic activity, so that it doesn't feel like a workout. Dance, tennis, even golf if you are walking the course at a good pace and carrying your clubs. Something fun foe you. I practiced Aikido for about 10 years but hurt my knees but during that time it was easy to keep the body fat down because it was very fun. Cut down on ice creams and try sorbets. :-) But, you get the idea...try and reduce the amount of high calorie foods and get FUN exercise. |

The answer is very simple exercise each day like running around ur house 20 times or more and try to go to the park once in 3 days or less. And remember NO SUGAR NO FATS And NO CANDIES!! sorry for shouting but remember no sugar, no fats and no candies I hope i helped! =) |

hmmm check in your food intake and if u one of those who would not like to compromise on yummy food!! then take up to gym ... get a trainer and he/she will possibly show u the things to get right .. and if none of these either take up ... jogging , swimming and some form of home exercise |

Exercise everyday first of all. Yes, you can do the basic stuff like crunches and sit ups, but do some other stuff too. Try lying on your back with your legs together straight in the air (you should make an L shape) then move your legs to the right and back up, to the left and back up, down to the ground and back up, and then up to your head and back up. Always keep your legs straight and together, and never let them touch the ground, just bring them close to the ground and hold it there for three counts. Repeat it as many times as you can. Also try lying on your back with your legs in the air, then lifting your butt up, it works your lower abs. Those are exercises we do in gymnastics and they really work! Hope it helps! |

You can get rid of belly fat with cardio exercises (Treadmill, Stairs, Bike) and crunches as well. In addition to the cardio, you have to diet. Try to cut out the junk foods and eat 5 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big ones. |

Sit ups won't help, and i have no idea what the hell a curl up is, but what you need to do is EAT CLEAN and EXERCISE. Cut calories and try to leave out a lot of saturated and trans fats. Also, go outside and jog a couple miles a day. Sit ups will only build the muscle under the fat, not eliminate it. You need to eat clean and exercise often to cut fat. |

Just keep working out and watch what you eat.. You said you had abs previously, so you could maybe get them back again. It's not as if you have always had the belly, meaning your fat just deposits there. Good Luck and hope you reach your goal!! |

run every morning. drink/oatmeal for breakfast. but you must get up early to make the run and it doesnt have to be a run. you can ride you bike as well. or hit the gym. if you want to make it a fun activity. if you play sports like me. such as lacrosse/soccer/field. call a friend over or meet at a park and play that. it burns lots of weight. including tennis which i did a couple of weeks ago. and i was sweating bullets. you'll feel rejuvenated. |
